Iāve gone to this store for multiple years and had an issue last year when they forgot to give my mom a bag of jewelry we bough and gave her a hard time when trying to pick it up WITH THE RECEIPT. but yesterday i purchased 2 pimples patch treatments, a shirt and baby socks. When i got home i opened both packs of patches and one was completely empty. my mom was trying to be understanding and said to just go tomorrow and exchange it. I went today to exchange it and the first girl said she needed manager approval and then said she liked to āshakeā the packages to make sure they have something in them, like iām not going to confirm my item in there when iām buying it?? cool whatever, manager come and said that the item was not scanned. Not scanned? i purchased it yesterday like what. so i continued to tell him i 100% bought it yesterday and it looks like the cashier scanned 1 of the pimple patches twice ( not the one i was returning) so then he gets theft protection to the front and tells them, they go to check the cameras, THE CAMERAS, the product in question was $5. after waiting 10 more minutes and being embarrassed in front of many customers i finally just said screw my $5 and the manager at that time got āconformationā i did purchase it the day beforeā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦.. i exchanged my EMPTY product finally. honestly i think this was insane for a $5 product. also the cashier that rang me up was next to us the entire time and guess she didnāt remember complimenting my baby and telling us how many grandchildren her mom had? thank you for reading my rant. if you go to return a $5 purchase i hope the cashier rings it up right bc if not they act like you are robbing the...

The register at the jewelry counter, her name is LISA was unprofessional. She proceeded to help another customer when I was clearly next in line. After she was helping the other customer, she proceeded with my return and began inspecting the jewelry. I was okay with it since itās protocol until she states that she was checking it because one of the jewelry was not the same as the other two. It was a 3 piece nose studs. She started inspecting it with her magnifying glass. I was offended because why would you tell me that one of the piece was the not the same as the other two when all 3 pieces LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was shopping at TJ Maxx when I tried to check the price of a boxed childrenās bicycle. As I lifted it to see the tag, I ended up scratching my arm pretty badly because the box was heavy and awkwardly placed.The price wasnāt visible, and the setup made it unsafe to handle.
What made it worse is that I reported the incident to the manager on duty, and she didnāt seem to care at allāno apology, no concern, and no offer to assist or file an incident report. It was really disappointing.
I usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx, but this experience made me feel both unsafe and unvalued as a customer. I hope management takes safety and customer care more seriously...
