This was my first time ever going to this China A Go Go as I live closer to the one at Cheyenne and 215. It is about 91 degrees out and I decided to go in for a Coconut Boba Smoothie while I waited on my husband at E7 Health. Just to be clear, I rarely get food and only stop by for Boba. They could clearly start a stand alone business with just their Bobas! Yes, they are that good. On a hot day, which is most days in Vegas, I get this instead of food. The Boba was blended perfectly and is not too sweet. There were no big ice chunks and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. What impressed me about this location had nothing to do with their drink or overall cleanliness, but their compassion. A lot of people in Vegas are VERY rude and some businesses act as if they could care less if you ever return...not here. I will applaud them for having hand sanitizer, masks, AND free water on the counter. Even though I have plenty of masks for work, the gym, etc, I thought it was a nice gesture. Lastly, free water on a hot day is very thoughtful and kind making me realize there are still good people. I didn't need any, but someone else might. A job...

Read moreCustomer service was terrible. Food was burnt, chili oil was burnt and DISGUSTING. Charged my card, I could see the transaction in my bank online. They said that their system was not working, the internet connection was terrible and would need to charge my account again. I spoke with three people this afternoon to attempt to correct the situation. Was told to speak with my bank, because they didn’t have any money in there system. So I decided to try to be understanding, and we tried the transaction again, there was something wrong with their machine and told me it was still processing. Called me back in 5 minutes to let me know that the transaction went through. Waited for my order to get here and everything was burnt. I am very disappointed and will still have to wait to get my money back into my account. I would not...
