Jackpot Joanie’s — Local services in Las Vegas

As regular patrons of Jackpot Joanie’s, we’re deeply disappointed and disturbed by the behavior of one of your attendants, Aja. During our most recent visit, she made an inappropriate and insulting comment about a guest’s weight—completely unprovoked and shockingly unprofessional.

This kind of behavior is not just rude—it’s unacceptable. It reflects a complete lack of respect and courtesy toward your customers. Sadly, it feels like low-class treatment has become normalized here, perhaps even a standard in your hiring practices. If that’s the case, it’s a shame.

We’ve supported this location for a long time, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. There are too many other places in Las Vegas where patrons are treated with basic human decency. Aja...

Horrendous service by Daniel on graveyard. I was there prior to his shift and was winning, he clocked on and I had to practically beg for a drink. When I asked if I had done something wrong as he wouldn’t acknowledge me and when he barely did he was so rude and cold and told me he was busy. Maybe 10 people max if that were in here. I felt so awkward, unwelcome and unwanted. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I look for smaller taverns to drink and gamble at but I will not be returning...

The female manager on duty during the day was not helpful. She sat there the whole time, not offering drinks like the rest of the staff at that location. She has an attitude with a fake smile. I won’t ever attend that place with her working. She wouldn’t cash out more than 1 voucher of my money. Love this place but not her attitude… I will wait till other staff is on duty…. Just...
