*Update Proof that Dennys does not care. I still have yet to hear back from corporate, or through the chat on FB. I called the number left on the reply, and left a reply, and still no contact. They obviously don't care, like 90% of businesses now, they could care less about customer service.
My wife and I Visited restaurant # 7825 about 10:40 pm two nights ago on 6/6/25. Order Number 1304775. We witnessed our food going to another table, that was seated after us by about 10 minutes, and we could hear them telling the server this is not what they ordered. After they got the correct food, I asked the server walking by (Not our server) to speak to the manager. We had now been waiting over 30 minutes. Our server comes and apologizes, explaining it was because of a shift change. (remember i asked for a manager) And he offered a bowl of fruit, or a free desert, and we were clear telling him no, but would like our food. In all it took over 40 minutes to get our food. My wifes omelet and hash browns were hot, while her pancakes, my pancakes, eggs and sausage were luke warm. (Like they just let it set in the window after being taken to the wrong table). During this entire time, not one staff member came to our table to do a check back to make sure everything was ok. No offer to refill drinks. And to top off the experience, when the server came to clear away the plates, the server comes with a desert as an apology, (which we told him when he said there was a mix up in the kitchen that we just wanted our food) After explaining a 2nd time we did not want it he took it back and got my wife the togo container we requested. We waited another 5-10 minutes before we went to the register, still not receiving our check. Cashier never asked how the meal was, or if everything was ok. We paid, tipped, and left. Key Points: Took over 40 minutes to get food. Asked for a manager and got the server. No one checked up on us. Our food delivered to wrong table, Served lukewarm food, that obviously had been sitting in the window. after being delivered to the wrong table. Brought desert even after we said no. And last, Cashier never asking how our meal was. Please note, both my wife and I have been servers before, I have even worked at a few Dennys in the 90's. We understand things happen. But pretty much being ignored was what angered us the most. We visit this Dennys about once a month, and have visited other dennys in the Las Vegas Valley for the past 19 years. This was the absolute worse service we have ever received.
Also note, that the story of it was because of Shift Change does not work for us. We seen our food delivered to another table. I left a message on corporate website, but would not go through. Messaged on facebook, Took a week to reply asking for more info. Still nothing. Called, was told some one would get back to me in 3 days, its been 2 weeks. Its apparent that Dennys does not...
Read moreTook a bus from N Rancho & Lake Mead to eat at this Denny's. Just drove 2300 miles--Dayton to Vegas--mostly via Route 66 and enjoyed two meals at a Gallup, NM Denny's. The meals in Gallup were a Santa Fe Sizzling Skillet and a Crepes (2) meal.
Visited this Denny's early am for the SFSS and decided to order the Crepes (2) meal to go. Upon arrival there was only one server. I overheard her saying she was on hour fourteen of her eight-hour shift. She was cheerful, attentive, and efficient for the four tables, eight people she was hosting (1+1+2+4 tops). By the time I left an hour later one other server arrived 10 minutes before I left, but only after my server had attended to another seven tables and sixteen new customers (6+2+2+2+2+1+1 tops) along with five additional to-go walk-ins. She did all of that with a smile and great attitude without ever mentioning any problem to another customer. All 11 tables and 24 patrons were seated and served before I left.
The atmosphere was great. There was even a robot with trays that began following my server after business picked up. That was new to me and provided some entertainment as the robot began announcing "corner" every time it entered the kitchen.
I was impressed as I have experienced longer wait times, less efficiency, and less cheerful servers in other Las Vegas Denny's locations that are fully staffed with fewer tables and fewer clientele.
I will return to...

A Hispanic employee came in and the manner stopped him from entering the kitchen and asked him if he speaks English.... they got got into it and he left...i told her it was not OK to treat an employee like that and that was racist... waited 20 plus minutes to get served... when i went to to pay i told her it was not ok what she did. She told me i was trespassing and she called the cops on me but she never once asked me to leave.... my table got services twice and she took my payment....i have all 35 minutes on video. I waited 40 minutes after calling non emergency police and reported my side... did not get in trouble because I did nothing wrong and she did not file any against me. This lady needs to be fired ASAP. By far the worst Dennys I've ever been to.... They do not hire enough workers and the...
