I (very regretfully) stopped in on the morning of 11/25/16 to pick up a dozen donuts and some muffins for a good client of mine. I placed the order through their mobile app before arriving, and had selected the option to pick up in the drive-thru. However, when I arrived, I saw that the drive-thru line was around the building. So instead of sitting in my truck, wasting gas, I decided to go in. Which was apparently a huge mistake. I walked in and went to the pick up area to simply ask the employee who was working at that end of the counter if it was OK if I picked up inside instead of at the drive-thru. He didn't know, so he asked his manager, who, based on the other reviews, I can only assume was Wendy. She then proceeded to yell at the employee to tell me that there was a line of people and blah blah blah, and decided she needed to try and make a mockery of me in front of all the customers. Keep in mind, I wasn't asking for priority, and I didn't mind waiting. I just preferred to wait inside. This "manager" really has no business being in a position where she deals with customers, and I genuinely feel sorry for all the employees at that location who have to put up with that horrible person on a daily basis. Judging by the other reviewers who have had a problem with her, and have pointed out the fact that she is a common problem for customers, and that corporate has done nothing about it, I will no longer be a customer of Dunkin Donuts. Read moreWe were here today at approximately 2pm. We went thru the drive thru. There was a young gentleman helping us. They were out of Boston crème donuts. I ordered I small iced hot chocolate and a jelly donut and a chocolate frosted donut. When we got to the window we were informed there were out of chocolate frosted so I asked what else they had that was similar. He walked away and still didn’t come back and show the the alternative. Then I showed him my AARP card and he said what is that, which I informed he that I’ve been getting one free donut with the purchase of a drink or a discount but he said he never heard of that and just stood there staring at us. I asked him to go ask someone else, and again asked him to show me the alternative donut that he had suggested. Well a lady came to the window and stated that they don’t accepted AARP but would give us the senior discount that we were entitled to. So the young gentleman came back again without the donut to show me. At that point I figured there was no point in asking him again to see it and I just ordered it. Then he hands us the drink and the bag and closes the window, so we sat there and said “what” and my husband said can we at least have a receipt. He huffed about it but gave it to us. Then as we pulled away I realized he didn’t even give us a straw for the drink. We didn’t even bother to go back for it. Read moreLet me tell you about my Sunday morning. I wake up and decide I would like to go and get coffee. I arrived to Dunkin to find a drive thru line that is so long it's caused a traffic jam. This small parking lot is not made to have a line. While I'm waiting in this atrocious line there is a homeless man going car to car asking for money. The sad part, is not once can this location ever make a simple coffee correctly. You could come here and order the same coffee everyday and it will NEVER taste the same. There is no quality or control. The manager thinks it's a good idea to put little highschool children working the drive thru window. These little kids have zero common sense or compassion for those who are clearly annoyed at the experience they are receiving. If you go to a Dunkin in another state or even another part of town... It's a night and day difference. I don't blame Dunkin. I blame this franchise for being disgusting and unprofessional. it's okay though if your coffee was as terrible as mine, just complain in the dunkin app you'll be refunded!!!!!!!! **DUNKIN CORPORATE PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR PLEASE GET THEM SOME TRAINING!!!!!
