Decent little shopping area for those quick visits. However, I'm definitely not a fan of the parking lot area, especially during peak hours. It's bad enough that people in this city cannot drive/park...add on the fact that a lot of folks have that, "All About Me" mindset... it's a recipe for disaster.
I'm glad that I don't have to rely on this shopping area for my primary needs, but when I do visit, it's a grab and go process - the longer I stay, the more annoyed I get. I won't elaborate too much about this Marketplace since all the independent stores, restaurants, and shops have their own Google profile to rate/comment.
Overall, this area is "ok." Definitely nothing to write home to Mom and/or Dad about. Hint: Practice your breathing exercises before you...

But not at Fabulous Freddy's. It's the same price whether you pay at the pump or cashier...nothing hidden there. You can even get a full service car wash including interior...
Read moreMontecito Marketplace needs some help. The parking lot is a mess with mass confusion, especially on the Smith's market side. Bad lot, and ding city for your vehicle. Carts everywhere from Smith's. Also, this area needs a lot of help for food services. Lack luster choices for eating out. Chilis was there years ago and they pulled out along with a couple of more. This was a bad build and needs some strength with some solid choices and a mass redo of a terrible parking experience and having to watch at every angle when you drive in here. that nobody crashes into you. Thank goodness we have some new areas of markets and shopping going in at Centennial Hills, to get away...
