I found it difficult to find a pair of frames considering they were all locked up behind glass. It made me very impatient having to pick out glasses one by one through the glass and being followed around the entire time I choose to see a pair of frames. Another Con was having to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen pasted my appointment time. It was very inconvenient. And the staff doesn’t initiate the best customer service, I felt rushed and had to ask a million questions so that I could understand what the next step was before I left. I had picked out a pair of frames yesterday and I came in the next day and the frames weren’t held for me so I decided to just go with contacts because I wasn’t willing to be followed around all over again and ask to see a pair of frames through the glass all over again.
