Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I'm very disappointed with my last interaction with this location, I always have bought here food a lot of times and my last time here I was waiting in the waiting-line for 5 minutes no body helped me and they saw me and they didn't want to attend me, wich I prior ordered, (by the way I said hello and everyworker in the front heard and no body answered, later on I understood why) then this lady came inside as one more client, make sense that she goes behind me right, but she didn't. She went in the front. As soon she stepped on the front of me they attended her quickly. And on top of that when I arrived in the front I asked why is the treatment to me like that and a prepotent lady and the cashier both start to tell me things that don't go with the awful customer-treatment I recieve because that wasn't a customer service at all, they should to get trained for those customer-treatments that aren't equal. she told me if I wanted lessons of life. This is not about psychology science, it's about food business. I told them that if they don't want that the customer get mad, just do it by order in the front line. Señora Dios te bendiga y te lo digo de verdad por que aunque no quisites oir por que estabas molesta y usas a Dios para esconder tu frustración, mejor busca otro trabajo. Y tu al ver este review entenderas que es para ti y la cashier que esta ahi, all this was a week ago.

To owner: I know, telling you this you're not loosing that much but if you continue letting to your workers attend business with that attitude to certain people , THAT'S NOT BUENO FOR BUSINESS. One less client NO MAS!!!

I'm not gonna lie this is a great tasted food but customer service is awful and poor, I'm petty sure that is worse when a person with a work clothes looking as I was. Bien dicen que no hay nada peor que un latino tirando mal a otro latino.

Not quite sure why I keep giving this Charleston location more chances, today will be the last. This was an amazing restaurant with great food & amazing staff when it opened. Unfortunately over the last 2 years especially has really gone downhill, not only in food quality but mostly customer service. The last couple times I have come here the woman taking orders speaks almost no English, so trying to order not only in English but through a mask is a chore. She even had to get a coworker to translate for her a few times. Not really someone you want taking orders since not everyone speaks Spanish. Much of our order continues to be wrong so last time when I decided to call & finally got someone on the phone, they were going to at the least replace one item. Fast forward 5-6 weeks, here I am again, same cashier (I ended up with a different one when she gave up trying to understand me) and shockingly they can't find anything about my one free item and said the person who would have to ok my replacement $8 nacho (even with the $50 in other food I'm getting) is not here. That's ok, finished placing my order, paid & will never return. Really a shame, especially since I hear similar complaints often from others.. And again, this all started long before the COVID mess so I am not just being...

Picture perfect but bland food. After seeing a Ticktock on this place I was eager to try! I ordered carne asada fries, strawberry horchata and a churro. (I asked for the churro be given to me once I was done eating for obvious reasons but unfortunately this request wasn’t honored.) The portions are rather small and the food is picture perfect but the food has no seasoning whatsoever and barely any meat. The horchata was good but flooded with ice. The churros was hard. I was expecting hot warm pillowy soft churros but no this wasn’t the case. The horchata was good just overly iced. So because I enjoyed the strawberry horchata before leaving I decided to try strawberry mango Fresca. I wish I would have saved my money because this Fresca was not good. I’d actually compare it to canned Kearn’s with canned Kear’s being the winner. Anywho, I dined in and it was clean. Two stars because the strawberry horchata and wonderful customer service! I’m a bit of a dinosaur and I didn’t know how to access my Apple Pay and the cashier was awesome a was able to walk me right thru it! Overall this place is nothing special I’m from Los Angeles where they have DELICIOUS authentic Mexican food and to me this was just a Mom and Pops chain food...
