Crab Island — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Came in Saturday night for dinner order spring rolls for appetizers first off it was not a spring roll it’s actually lumpia I asked them what meet was inside before I ordered it and was advised it was beef once I got it abs started to eat it I noticed the meat tasted weird I looked inside and noticed the meat was white I then called my waiter Brandon over and asked him what meat was inside he said poor I told him I do not eat poor have never ate pork and if so I will be sick he went to the back and said oh no we have 2 different kinds one beef and one pork I said well this is pork what kinda beef do know know that’s white meat he then goes to the back again and say they rolls him it’s white because the wash it was marinated I told him that makes no sense said he was gonnna speak to the manger but never gave me an update I told him if I get sick this will be in them be use I told them I don’t eat pork and then knowing it was pork they served me they did not want to admit beside that mess up they added the wrong flavors and heat level to me and my cousin food this was her first time visiting this place and with everything that went wrong with the food we still did not get to speak to a manger wasn’t offered any discount or anything I would love for management to reach...

Did not have the best experience at this establishment. There were two of us that went and while the waitress was great in her approach, the food was not the best. We both ordered crab legs, he with the addition of shrimp to his bag. We started cracking the legs and the first thing I noticed was the dryness of the meat. I have never seen crab legs so dry but had water dripping from them. It wasn't just one or two, no it was majority of the bag where the legs where dry. The wait staff kept watching us while we ate, but not one time did they come and ask how the food was. Instead they asked if we wanted another beer, yeah cause we need it to wash down these dry legs. We paid our bill and by the time we completed our 20 minute drive home, the other half of my party begin to become ill! He was unable to keep any of his food down. Since he was the only one that did get sick, we are both left to believe that it was the shrimp that was not prepared properly and had caused his immediate onset of food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The location that they are in has high turn over and the food is not worth it! Please whatever you do, do not dine at this establishment unless you don't mind losing a couple of pounds...

First time and last time there. We were the only ones there and they took a very long time to get order to us. When the order arrived it wasn’t correct. They processed to argue that it was correct. When they were told about a shrimp allergy prior to preparing the order. Instead of correcting their mistake. One of the lady’s continued to be argumentative and combative about it. When she never even took the order. Which lead to a very uncomfortable experience. Others, Orders weren’t properly taken ( didn’t write down some of the other orders at the table) Leaving people waiting for their food for long periods of time. Just a mess!!!! The food was okay.
