Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I refuse to go to this location from my last experience. I went through the drive through and ordered for my kids and my friends kids. When I got to the window I forgot to add a small fry. So I asked the cashier if I could please add a small fry as it was for an 18 month old. He said no I’m sorry we don’t do that? I asked since when because I know from past experience that they have never had issues with adding on a simple item at the window . His response was I dunno since forever. He said if you want the fry’s you have to go back around in the drive through and order again. So I did but it was frustrating a lady came to the window the second time took my payment and apologized saying that they had to drop new fries and that he’s new and that normally they will add the things at the window. This was a blatant lie the fries were not even warm at best and tasted old. I wrote to jack in the box corporate office and still have not received a call back or anything in regards to this issues. So if you want cold food and bad service this is the place for you. I literally drive 15 minutes away to go to a jack in the box where I know the food is hot and the service is better.

On a side note my friend brought her kids here yesterday the drink station was down in the restaurant service was slow and she got sick off of her meal. It took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged her so she could order and icing on the cake was that the staff was handling ready to eat food with no gloves and one of them kept coughing and touching their face.

This seems to only happen on the 4pm time...

I went here today after church for a quick snack and had the most disturbing experience! I’m African American and it’s only people of Spanish speaking descent that work here! Like literally only! So I ordered an order of egg rolls an order of two tacos with no lettuce and an order of fries.. I got my food after five minutes and the fries were cold.. I gave them Back and they asked me to move from drive through but I refused because I saw she had fries down and why not just switch out my fries right? So I saw her literally take the cold fries back and then apparently she mixed them because I got home and the top fries were fresh and the bottom still cold.. I call and the lady who answered tells me there’s is no manager and she can’t help me today.. so I decide to return and have them remake thee food once more..I noticed my fries still being scooped from a different side the the fresh fries they were giving all the people that came in of Latin descent! I even made a video and they lady at the counter never was apologetic, she kept a smirk but if you see in the video her interaction with all the Latinos gave a smile and a gracias but to me a black person they were so RUDE AND DISMISSIVE.. I’ll be seeking an attorney because I told a friend and it seems I’m not the only person of color that has experienced this at this PARTICULAR STORE!! And I have VIDEO! Also posted a picture of the fries.. and the lady cooking even pulled things early before the timer was up.. isn’t...

Yesterday 06/03/2025 at 8:41 am, I ordered on the drive thru and when I had to pay, I paid $40 and gave the lady two $20 bill and and the order was $26.52 total but I got 8 dollars change instead. I didn't check the change, and I left. I checked when I got home at 8 pm, and I realized they didn't give me the full change, which is $13.48. I came a day after, around 12:20 p.m., and the lady in charge told me she couldn't do anything about it. She called her boss and told her the same thing to her. The name of the girl is Samantha Q, as it says on the receipt. The check number is 1046. I asked the lady in charge today, 06/04/2025 to check the cameras but she said "I'm not gonna be able to see how much she gave me" so, this situation is frustrated because I have to work the whole day and I wasn't able to come back the same day. The name of the lady who I talked to is Yahaira. They should change the personnel who's getting the orders at this location. They are not doing a good job because either they're not trained or they don't care...
