Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I don't normally leave a review and if I have they were all good. This time I can't say that. This was the worst experience I've ever had at jersey mikes. My husband and my self travel around the country flipping & managing campgrounds. So we have eaten at a lot of different Jersey MIke's. When we see a new location. We always get super excited to stop. I will never visit this location again. We were greet with that wonderful welcome that you always get when you walk into the door. The server staff who served us was great. All the way up to the register. As I approached the register I read a sign that says we don't except bills larger that $20. Well that's great I have a $50. My order would have been over $30 when it was all said and done so I'm thinking change is less than $20. It should be fine. They can't accept it and drop it in the safe. Not normal but a lot of places make exceptions in situations. Not this place. This place the lady yells stop the order. Why there's a ton of places around me that will give me change. I tell her you don't have to do that I'll go get change. Asked my husband to sit there so they know I'm coming back. She still stops them from making my food. I walked 3 doors down to starbucks where I buy a $2 coffee guess what they do. Change the $50. I go back to pay for my food and still have to wait for them to finish preparing it. At this point my husband ate a bag of chips so I'm going to pay for the order. I mean really was all of this necessary. Oh and now I'm drinking coffee with my order instead of a drink from them. Which costed them and up sale. I am a good person and did realize the rest of her team didn't agree with her actions and acted as a team and backed her up. they get a tip for that. because back I my up you team right or wrong shoes integrity. Which is something you don't see often. I still think that lady needs to realize that her actions where uncalled for and embarrassing. Im not broke and it's not like I couldn't pay. I had them money just maybe not broke down. And option to get change is what's needed here not rude and ghetto. My honest belief she doesn't belong at this...

I had been craving to eat another great tasting, satisfying Italian sub from Jersey Mike's located on Charleston. Their subs are so addicting 🥰! This time I ordered via Doordash, the huge GIANT (15") #13 ORIGINAL ITALIAN sub, with fresh rosemary parmesan bread, (baked daily) filled with juicy & fresh high-quality deli meats & cheese, served "Mike's Way" (fresh toppings, oil & seasonings)(I added banana peppers this time). This sub size will feed me 4 very filling satisfying servings 🤗. They have many sub options & toppings to choose 😋. I also ordered (2) chocolate chip moist, gooey & delicious Brownies for my sweet tooth cravings. They hit the spot! They don't say gourmet, but it tastes like gourmet 😋! I have to rave about the above and beyond, excellent customer service I received from this location. I love this location! Everyone is extremely personable. I feel like I am grabbing food from friends. The quality of food, service and price is A-1! Today, was my birthday and after a trip of a various flight delays, I drove 35 minutes to THIS location for my staples a Big Kahuna #56 and Club #8 with “Everything, Everything “. Shout out to the Manager Kourtney! She is always upbeat and moving with speed and a smile. Today Kourtney, Destiny, and Sean (The spelling could be wrong for ALL staff) helped me and the team effort was impeccable. I love going to an establishment where everyone is in sync. It matters in the service the patrons receive and I am thankful! Y’all didn’t need this “essay” of a review however, they deserved EVERY word.
