I arrived to pick up a mobile order and was met by the entrance with another customer, trying to get in. Doors were locked. There were 3 employees inside. A manager and 2 hourly employees. I was promptly ignored, trying to get inside to pick up my order, which by the way said to come inside to pick it up. After being ignored for about 10 minutes, I called inside the store and the "Manager" promptly hung up on me. I called a 2nd time and was instructed by the female employee to simply drive around to the side entrance to get my order there, which I did. As I stood there being ignored, the Manager came into view and threw up his hands while looking at me and the female employee turned away from me. I got in the drive through and when I reached the speaker, I was asked to pull up to the next speaker. I was asked what can I get you tonight, and I said a refund!! I was asked to pull up to the 1st window, whereI was now asked if I was the 2 sweet teas. I said no, I am the refund. The male employee shut the window in my face, saying he was getting a manager. I pulled up to the next window where the Manager was standing idle by doing nothing. I held out my card and the female tried to take it and I held onto it saying I wanted a refund. The Manager became belligerent, unproprofessional yelling at me for what I had said to male at the 1st window. I reminded the Manager I only had asked him for a refund. The Manager was extremely UNPROFRESSIONAL !! The Manager stated, he if my order was not picked up in an hour, then and only then would it be refunded. The Manager said the lobby was closed because he was on the phone with Metro Police. Yet when I arrived he was bagging up French fries. This is not a Manager, just somebody taking up space, collecting a check. He needs to reprimanded or retrained. Personally after witnessing his behavioral at the drive up window with another customer, he should be terminated.I do no recommend this...

First thing first I am an Uber eats deliver and let me tell you this Mac Donald’s is the awfullest . They have 2 DRIVE THRU stands I was next on drive thru #2 told the young lady I have an order from Uber eats gave her the codes and she stated hold on waited in her to respond and didnt get back with me went to the pay window and told her if she can verify this orders and she stated she didn’t not see them in her system. Told her want me to go to the next window to confirm she said yeah you can talk to my manager. Went up to the second window and told the white guy with braids I have two orders with Uber eats he then closed the window and I over heard him cussing with the manager who had a black McDonald’s shirt (looked Hispanic) Then they guy with braids came to the window and stated next time do your job right and so we can confirm the orders I told him nicely I did and the lady who is taking orders never responded back and then he state we are only taking orders on Drive thru #1. Then what they should of done is put up a sign only taking orders drive thru #1 how was I suppose to know , then I told him it is not my fault the other young lady did not do her job she never responded back to me And also told him I did not like his attitude and aggression towards me. Obviously I gave attitude back due to him talking to me so aggressively and disrespectfully. I Guess this branch hires disrespectful employees and to top it off the manager was behind this employee and did not say anything to him for disrespecting me and talking to me with aggressiveness. Read moreThis location is all business. Most employees don't waste time with pretentious attempts at kindness - some are totally nice and genuinely kind folks, but mostly they're about their hustle and getting it done quickly and accurately. They're great for that and I can understand why.. I mean, they're open 24 hrs and stay busy all day and night so I get it and not knockin any points off for the fact that they're focused on getting it done right the first time and not overly focused on gushing kindness all over you.. I buy a caramel frappé like 3 times per day and it's an expensive habit but I'm addicted and don't see it stopping anytime soon as long as the frappé are as delicious as they are currently. They'd have to drastically alter the recipe for me to stop visiting so often. The rest of the menu is McDonald's - that is to say it's gross af and borderline inedible, which is again not a knock on this particular location - every McDonald's has the same gross food so it's not like this place is any better or worse than any other location in the country. More than likely the frappé are just as delicious everywhere else but I happen to live by this location so.. Yeah. That's all I can say about it...
