The staff member was extremely rude and come off in a discriminating way. I visited this store multiple times before and I was never charged an upgrade fee for apple juice when using my points at this particular store. Last time when I visited this store the staff charged me an upgrade fee for the apple juice and I asked why i would be charged a fee when I’m using my points and besides that I was never being charged before. They first said they do not know then said apple juice. This never happened before at this store and any other store. The black lady come off in a rude way and with horrible customer service. Today, I encountered the same issue again. I explained to the staff that the issue is not about the price itself. I used my points for this and why would I being charged. What’s the point of redeeming the points then? Also, they weren’t charging before now all of the sudden they do and without even a reasonable explanation. Staff waived the fee. Later when I was waiting for the food. The so called GM approached me in a discriminating way and said they always do charge a fee and maybe I was not at this store before. I said that’s not right and I’ve coming to this store for the last year. She said again other store might have not charged but they have for the last 5 years. She started talking down to me and she was very rude and disrespectful. Another young guy on my side offered if they needed help since he plays baseball and the crew started laughing and joking with him about me. I was not yelling at the time. They started getting aggressive and ask me to leave the store and the young guy pointed middle finger to me. I asked for GM name and employee number and she stated “you are going to leave my store without any of those information. Feel free to report me. I am the general manager of this store”. They would greet and smile to any other customer but just not to Asian people. What a discrimination store. The GM said she is also Asian but that doesn’t mean there’s no discrimination. Especially when the black lady manager started smirking on her side. They started video taping me on their personal cell phone when I said I’m going to call metro. Also said that I’m trespassing. Read moreI've been to this location twice in as many weeks. The reasons for 3 stars is they're slow and nonchalant/ uncaring each time I was there. Nothing wrong with the food. It's the service. When I ate inside, we had to wait for someone to bring us our order because we used the kiosk, which was fine. But, it took 15 minutes as if I was ordering from some fine dining restaurant. Everyone ignored the constant beeps from the fry machine and obviously every other machine the entire time. It was not a very relaxing indoor experience. I then tried drive-thru. Things went well until I had to pull around for the wait on fries. I sat in my car 10 minutes, then went in. Told the girl at the register, she told the manager who was preparing orders-twice- in- between her serving two orders to indoor customers. I stood there 15 minutes total while watching all but the last 2 large fry boxes being served to drive-thru customers AFTER me, beeps constantly going off. Upon the server's 2nd reminder to the manager that I was standing there waiting, he simply handed me my order, dryly replied sorry about the wait, and went about his business. After waiting 25 minutes for a DRIVE-THRU order, you'd think I'd at least be offered a fry credit or a free apple pie! UPDATE: I don't know why I even bothered, but it was early, on the way, and I and my family needed a pep-me-up before our move. I ordered a caramel frappe, iced caramel macchiato, and iced French vanilla coffee, all large. When I received my order every drink looked the exact same and I definitely didn't see a frappe. When I asked the guy at the window about it and tried to ask for help verifying which was what, his only reply was "I don't know. I didn't make them and I'm new." Read moreMy husband and I mobile ordered a meal for dine-in and waited at the pick up location for our meal. An elderly gentleman was standing at the pick up location patiently waiting. About 5 minutes later, a female crew member set out our order, yet did not deliver anything for the other customer. We asked him where his food was. He said he was waiting for a coffee refill. We asked if they were going to refill the man's coffee, she said they were waiting for it to be made. Asked how much longer it might take and she rudely said, "I told you we are waiting for it to be made." Asked again how much longer and she rudely said they were still making it, but another crew filled it right away. We asked for a manager and she said there was no manager working right now. Asked for the corporate number to make a complaint and she said not a corporate store. Asked for the franchisee's number and she said they did not have one. Asked how to make a complaint and she said we'd have to come when the manager is working and there would be no manager working until Monday (we were there on a Friday). This is completely unacceptable behavior from the staff, whether a corporate or franchise location. We frequent this store often and have never had a problem before today.
