Absolute worst mcdonaldâs. They always claim their systems are resetting and normally i believe that but there is NO way a system resets for 2 hours đ they are incredibly lazy on the night shift and i do have to complai. about one certain employee who i believe is somehow a manager đ She is a heavy set girl with and attitude. she refused to take my order even though I had put it in at 1:48 and I had got there at two meaning if they did reset the systems at 1 oâclock like she was claiming then the order wouldâve been in by then. I feel all of the employees there were lying so they didnât have to make any food because if I came in at 2:08 and you guys are saying saying that you just reset your systems that would mean that you just did it at two right so when I get up to the window and the lady tells me that they reset it at one that had me even more confused because at that point it was an hour and a half after they reset the system so it would make no sense for them to not be able to access their systems as I work in fast food and I know it takes five minutes tops to reset system. Considering this isnât my first time this is the 4th time itâs happened, Whoever the boss is needs to cut down on their Lazy workers or start telling them to do their jobs!!!!    Read moreI was picking up a delivery, it was just a large soda luckily lol, anyway the drive thru line was insanely long and so I went inside, knowing the lobby was closed, but thought I would ask anyway. So the Manger keeps waving at me an yelling I would have to go through the drive thru for the order because the lobby was closed. I already knew that and decided to shout out "Could I just grab the order real quick, I'm a delivery, and it's ready just sitting there and I'm here already?" she then, super frustrated, opened the door and explained to me that if she gives me the order than she might as well open the lobby for other customers. I asked her "Well isn't this inconvenient for the customer since the order is already sitting here and I'm a delivery driver not trying to order and the drive thru line is super long?" she then replied "It's not my order". So I just left because it was such an inconvenience for them and they seemed so bothered. Bottom line I think the management is horrible here plus the staff was just smirking the whole time so they're just as bad. No wonder this place has 3.5 stars and falling. I'm going to avoid orders here from now on and I suggest you do the same unless you want to be treated with disrespect. I get I'm not a customer but geeze show some common curiosity...

I understand the fluctuations of covid policies, but this was absurd. They had no signs posted that in dining was closed, my receipt shows "eat-in dining", the barriers to the tables were on the floor, and there was evident debris on at least one table that indicated someone sat/ ate there and the workers didnt bother to clean and sanitize it. To my short story; i sit down to eat. The lobby is empty. Midway in my meal the woman im assuming is the supervisor or manager approaches me and says table is closed. I explain to her my car is in the shop next door and im waiting on my ride to pick me up. She shows no empathy and tells me i have to eat outside. I asked if there was a place to sit outside she doesn't answer except to repeat table is closed; as she picks up the barrier chain off the floor. I had to eat my 10$ meal on the greasy parking lot ground in my work uniform, like some homeless man or stray dog. She didn't have the decency to let me finish the meal, which took 5 minute.
