This isn't my first run in with this particular location. You can very it'll be my last. Oh yes I will be calling corporate as well. I'm not even sure where to start. So we pull up and of course it's a few minutes late because I'm guessing it was probably understaffed. I then decided I would like to go ahead and get a meal with a milkshake instead of a drink. However there's no prices for that because it's a special price they have to key it in and so I ask hey what's the price of this but with a milkshake instead of a drink. Now when I go to Burger King in other places it's not too terribly high. Now I know this is a completely different restaurant and I understand that. it's like comparing apples and oranges. So I'll get back to the price at the end of this. Well we wait for about 10 minutes and I finally decide to speak up and say excuse me what what's taking so long I just want to know how much it was going to be. Well another lady jumps on the microphone and says will you can look for yourself the prices are all there on the board. No you think oh that doesn't sound too bad right? Nah!!!! this came out so rude and sarcastic that me and my friend just looked at each other and I was like oh hell no. Like he legit grabbed my arm because he was like no no and just kept looking at me. I have no idea what kind of day she was having for her to clap back at me like that. she then goes ahead and breaks down the prices and detail and basically tells me to add it up myself. At this point I just want to drive away but my friend is nice enough to stop and grab me some food so I'm like you know what screw it just give me the food and I'll call corporate later. she doesn't give me a price of course and tells me to pull up to the second window. what we get up to the window it's another 5 to 10 minute wait and I don't see anybody but one woman by herself. She's all frazzled running around and extremely rude no smile no greeting no nothing practically throws the food at me. I had to beg for condiments and beg for my receipt because I got overcharged shocker right.I also did not relish the idea of spending the night in jail so I just paid the exorbitant fee for my food so I can get the heck out of Dodge because I'm going to be the bigger person and not feed into their attitude and negativity. so now onto the food not even mentioning the nearly $10 that I spent for some chicken nuggets and a milkshake. the chicken nuggets were cold and hard as a rock. The french fries don't even get me started those were disgusting as well. The only thing even remotely good was a milkshake. overall I am not at all pleased with this location horrible people while the two people that I saw I'm sure there's a cook somewhere in there although given the temperature of my food I do have my...
Read moreIm a big cuatomer of McDonalds im eating there about 8-10 times a week , But lately im receiving a bad customer service that i never experienced befofore. Here is a few things that happend to me lately: The lady that taking the order on the drive through told me she cannot understand anything im saying because of my accent. Im coming a lot of the times at night time and it was one week that 4 times it was cash only , So when your lady told me "Cash only, Is that alright?" I got upset and i told her its not alright , its the 4th time in a row that you only taking cash and i just drove 10 min here and waited in line for another 10 min , She said well its not my problem that you drove min here , I was shocked and ask "what??" and she said yes what that you heard , I told her ita vedy rude and she was like " so come tomorrow morning and talk to my manager about it". I just went away and i dont think i will ever go to McDonald's again , Im usually taking my wife and friends with me to McDonalds so you not gonna loose only me..you gonna loose about 7 people that eating there everyday. Another time i drove by and got into mcdonalds i order at the drive through , The lady told me to pull to the front and wait for the food, So i ask for sauces and move to the front , when the lasy came i ask her if there is mayo onside , She said they didnt told me im suppused to put inside i told her yeah i told him to put and she like starting to argue with me tgey didnt told her , Than i just ask 3 times for mayo , she got me the mayo i start to drive and than i noticed that the mayo she brought me is open and my all phone and car seat is full of mayo. Than i opened the cheeseburger wrap and all the wrap and the bun was full with ketchup all over , This meal became a nightmare cause all of my hands and car seat are full with mayo and ketchup. I really think she did it on purpose and opened the mayo before sefve it to me , and if not..its a bigger problem that you have an open mayo sitting like that. Terrible experience. I have a lot of other examples for the thnigs i experienced lately but i really dont have a time to write them all down in here. Read moreI am a disabled senior citizen, on 5-17-24 on my way home from Valley Medical Center/Hospital, I stopped at this McDonalds & ordered 2 Double Quarter Pounders with cheese, large meals with fries & diet Dr Peppers & two 40 piece McNuggets. When I got home & opened the bags, all was there except that I received two 10 piece McNuggets instead of two 40 piece... I immediately drove back to McDonalds, there was a shift change, so I spoke with the night manager. The best she could do for me was to give me a twenty piece McNugget & to speak with the Manager Maria the next day. I did, and she said they would have to view the security video and her GM Marcella would be in the store the next day and they would call me. Of course I received no call and i called and left non-returned messages. So now I have called and spoke with McDonalds Corporate Customer Service every 2-4 days or so for the last 2.5 months. Each conversation promising escalation to the Team Leader, the Regional office, and the franchise owner (customer service department) with promise that they would call me to resolve the issue. McDonalds customer service told me because of all of the problems, that they would have the entire order refunded ($50.25). Nothing has happened, no return calls/NOTHING! In my opinion their business model has been setup, with such a deep bureaucracy, that it is impossible for me to speak with any escalated department person to resolve my issue. In my opinion, that is the same as stealing from a disabled senior citizen, just barely surviving on my Social Security benefits only. To me this is criminal; I can hardly afford to survive (well below the poverty level). I warn you, Don't do business with this Franchise! I would give this McDonald's a NEGATIVE five stars review...
