It's a good mall and there's lots to see but there is a secret to it. It's how the pricing goes. Some discount outlet malls really are outlet malls and they have product that is massively discounted. This isn't actually one of those even though it's called an outlet mall. Here's the life cycle: Name brand shirt Las Vegas strip $200 Not on sale. They're just hoping to catch people who forgot to pack clothes or got lucky. Same shirt outlet mall. $200 price tag says " clearance " or blowout sale. 40% off so now it's $120. If you sign up for a rewards card and a bunch of points and all these things so that they can harass you for the rest of your life you might be able to get it down to $100. It is packed in a nice factory outlet bag however which is probably a crisp paper with the stores logo on it. Same shirt at a mall off strip. $100 same shirt if you spend some time looking for it on Amazon or eBay $80 to $60. Same shirt off season if you wait for a little while. Burlington coat factory $40. But the vebelen effect and the ambience of the store and convenience will get you to buy it. They just got me for $370. Nice...
Read moreOK. Not worth a special visit in my opinion. It's outdoors! So in the Vegas heat not the most pleasant shopping experience. You're jumping from shady spot to shady spot, attempting to stay cool. Has a Food court plus Cheesecake Factory & Shake Shack. Quite a few shops, although many are not selling at 'outlet' prices, or they have a small section of sale items alongside their normal full price ranges. Not sure it's worth a trip if you're looking for real outlet pricing. Banana Republic had at least 50% off everything, which was really good but places like Claires only had a small rack with discounts, everything else full price. American Eagle, again, had a few sale racks but its mainly their normal main store offer. Disney store had decent discounts. Some high end stores had 20-30% off on selected items. O'Neil & Converse stores were mainly full price items. Don't go expecting everything to be a bargain, like some other outlets. There a a lot of normal store offers here under the pretence...
Read moreElevators don't work.So this mean your climbing up levels of stairs.Think park landing spots at a mall.Thats the amount of stairs you are waking up.Non are shaded all are in sunlight and we are talking Vegas not the woods. This is a small outdoor mall and always over crowded with shoulders touching.Food court is slim picking and way to hight in price.I live in Vegas so I know what it's like to buy food at the mall. However if you charge more just because of the name of the mall that's going to hender business one day.I goto Meadows mall, more to offer, indoors never over crowded because it's so big.The food court has Mexican food to Japan treats, smoothie bar,and plenty more.I can feed a family of 4 and not feel like my wallet is crying. Elavators work and a arcade/bowling alley is connected. So yes this mall is fin for tourist and "I drive a BMW and love shopping" kinda people. However it's not worth the about...
