This rating is only for the night shift girl Kail. All other staff and the establishment itself is 5 STARS ALL THE WAY..

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

I have been a loyal customer at Mollys for almost three years, visiting almost every day and building a strong rapport with the staff. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional behavior displayed by KAIL who works the night shift.

On this particular morning my friend(a first timer) and I arrived at Mollys around 4am. Despite ringing the doorbell, we were left waiting outside. Having the pleasure of living right next door its always easier to walk rather than drive and it being winter at its peak you could imagine how cold it was just standing there. Without any explanation or acknowledgment we just stood there waiting. Mainly because we can clearly see her looking at me awhile she's just sitting on the chair twisting n turning. As someone who has been a regular long before her employment I expected better treatment and communication. I tried calling the establishment and noticed that she was ignoring my calls. I also tried calling her over to the door but she just looked at me and continued talking to the other patrons inside. That made me feel like its something personal. So now I call her cell phone because yes I do have her number. But of course voice-mail. I started thinking to myself oh no what happened? Did I do something wrong? I Had to replay the last visits in my mind because at this point I felt like I was 86'd without any knowledge as to why and it was frustrating me that she couldn't get up and walk over to the door to tell me why? Again she knows me very well and everytime I go there its the same routine. Walk up to the door. ring the bell. wait for the chime. pull door open. It can't get any more complicated than that. Thats what makes this situation even more disappointing. Instead of taking a moment to address the issue or explain the reason for the delay, she chose to completely ignore us. It is essential for employees to maintain a level of professionalism, especially when dealing with long-term customers like myself.

My friend and I eventually got too cold to wait so we left to the gas station and I couldn't help but reanalize the situation as well as go over my last couple visits once more.

Upon returning to Mollys 2 hours later we again ring the door bell and wait. This time she speaks over the intercom and says show your face. So ok I look at the camera and she rings me in. I go inside and say, " what the heck Kail why u ain't open the door?" Her reply was because I couldn't see your face. I said ok but u could clearly see it was me so how come you didn't come to the door and say something or answer the phones? Her reply was,"why should I there's a sign on the door that says it." Um... Not only because its your job being in the service industry but because you knew it was me. Then she says no I couldn't see u I didn't know who u were. Again I've been going there for 3 years and never once in the past she had ever mentioned anything to me about looking at the cameras. But to further the disrespect. She decided to call "the owner" to have me kicked out. This action was not only unnecessary but also added insult to injury. I felt disrespected and devalued as a customer who has been supporting the establishment for an extended period. Also bringing many friends who's also regulars now. As a result of this unprofessional behavior, I am left questioning whether I should continue to support this gaming establishment. Customer loyalty should be highly valued, and it is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism after investing time and money into a business.

I hope that the management of the gaming establishment takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. It is crucial for them to reevaluate their staff's behavior and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. I know I can get a lil crazy sometimes but I'm never...

It's a shame, they do have a couple good bartenders, just you who are clueless outweigh friendliness of them. My first time in there I was told the women behind the bar was the assistant manager, she works Thursday and Friday nights. He said quotation marks I'll be right with you ", then she made me wait while she put away almost four cases of alcohol one bottle at a time rather than take care of me as a customer. Who does that? My next trip in there the bartender gave me a drink right away. Even though it was my first one, so it went down quickly, he then told me I had to wait 20 minutes for another drink. What I said really? She pretended to pour another drink. He never even for sabado close enough to the cup to make it look like he put alcohol in it. 2 days ago I ordered a drink I always order, I watched as the bartender picked up the wrong bottle. He gave it to me, just in case I tasted it. He gave me a pepper flavored vodka rather than Citrus flavor. When I told him he gave me the wrong vodka he got very snippy with me, told me he always Force the right drink, and then took to drink back and was going to pour another shot of the right vodka into the same cup. Who does that? If the drink was wrong the first time adding the right vodka will not fix it. When I told him to stop and pour me a new drink he got snippy again Even told me even though by this point I had played over $100 I would have to pay for the first drink for sending it back. I have tried to contact Aspire numerous times through their contact us messaging system on the website as well as their track check test text phone number if they provide on the website. I have called there and then fold it a manager is never in that location. This is the kind of customer service I guess you can expect from this place. On top of that the last bartender did not realize the person he bad-mouths me to after I left was my neighbor, who he kept telling that I would not know a good drink if it was put in front of me. I guess Molly's Bar just...

I went there tonight just to get out of the apartment after an argument with my old lady. I wasn’t even offered a drink after playing over an hour! Apparently they require a minimum of $1.25 per hand to comp anything. They can also ask you to leave your machine to another player if you’re not playing the aforementioned minimum bet, per signs posted. Not even the best casinos in the valley have any rules remotely close to that. To make matters worse the attendant was sick and coughing constantly while handling people’s drinks. At the very least she should have been wearing a mask and gloves so maybe it’s for the better that I didn’t have anything. I’m not blaming her but it’s not acceptable that management lets them work when they’re ill. The place seems like they have their regulars at these late hours and they only cater to them. All of them had drinks but I highly doubt they were betting a buck and a quarter each hand. That’s high roller territory. Now if you win often good for you, but I always lose, therefore I never bet more than $15 or $20 total. Getting at least one drink in return for that seems like a fair deal. Not here though, so bye Mollys and it sucks because it’s within walking distance. Next time I can go to bars like Miller’s Tavern or Village Pub or even the Santa Fe Casino and put a $10 dollar bill in the machine and get a comped drink right away. I’m back home...
