Palm Sugar Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Decided to take my newborn across Las Vegas to start supporting local coffee shops. Also brought my mom this time. I absolutely love the decor! Very much tropic/beach vibes. The place is inside a salon. There are only two tables and maybe 5 seats at the bar and another 5 by the window. Came around 11am on a Friday morning and it wasn’t crowded. Got the Fig Burnt latte half sweet with oat milk and my mom got the caramelized date latte (sugar-conscious menu). Both were very good! This coffee shop is placed inside/adjacent to a beautiful salon - super neat! I really enjoyed their aesthetic and the atmosphere. I was telling my husband that their special lattes like “smoked maple” and “burnt fig sugar” kind of play on the desert vibe/feel. These two lattes are also the two we chose to get, and they are incredible! I happened upon this hidden gem of a coffee shop. “”Hidden” because it’s hiding at the front of a beauty salon, without its own signage… and the salon sign says Poppy Collective, so the salon is also undercover!
