So I ordered delivery from the location at:450 S Decatur Blvd Suite 105, Las Vegas, NV 89107, on 6/20/2024 and when I received my order the entire bag had grease dripping from it. I immediately called and spoke to the manager, Reina who I explained to that the order contained so much excess grease that it was inedible and would probably make me sick. Not even the fries were edible. She apologized and understood that I couldn't bring the food back bec/ I was at work, so she offered me another order for another day. At no time was it specified that there was a time limit as to how long I had to re-order. Fast forward to today and I called and spoke to the so-called General Manager named Anthony who pretty much told me that Reina was no longer at that location and she should have told me about the 30 day refund/remake policy and that he really didn't care that I was unaware of that. I asked him if he was going to honor the arrangement between me and Reina and he in the most cocky, arrogant, unbothered of ways said no. I was like , oh, I'll just take it to someone higher up than you, like corporate. Any way, I will never, obviously, order from that location again. I'll make certain that none of the practices in my office building order from there when we have luncheons, etc and he should be ashamed of himself. He didn't offer to speak w/ Reina and ask about our agreement, didn't offer a small discount or % off.... Nothing! Just, oh well, you're S.O.L and he didn't care. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. The food at that location is garbage and I hope they lose a lot of business and that he learns that you can't, and well shouldn't mistreat the very people, and reason your business stays open. Wouldn't be surprised if that location is closed for good shortly. Good...

We opened the bag we got our 4 fries and 3 out of the 4 flavors. We got 30 wings in total, 20 original hot missing. We had eaten some of the wings before we realized. We called and they told us to bring the order back to the location. We brought back 15 wings, they told us they canāt give use back the 20 wings but can only give us 10% for our next order. They asked us if we wanted our FRIES remade and we said no. I ended up ordering 20 wings, only got one bag back. We asked where the rest of the order was and they told us they that we said we didnāt want it back anymore. Again, what she said was ādo you want me to remake the fries?ā which we answered with no, we just wanted our order back. The manager came and gave us the rest of our order, but then again i donāt see why it was such a big issue when only we wanted was our missing wings. The total of our first order was $96 with delivery fee plus the $26 of the next order. Literally watched another person order 5 Mins after me and receive their order BEFORE me. All I order was a sandwich and wingless meal.
