Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Trash customer service!!! The two ladies in the front working the register and giving out the food are very rude and unprofessional. When I came in the cashier was on the phone. She didn’t say anything to me. When she got off of the phone she didn’t say hello, hola or nada. She just nodded her head for me to order. I ordered and told her thank you and she still didn’t say anything back to me. As I waited for my food other people walked in after me and they said hola to everyone else. I ignored it and didn’t say anything. When my order was ready the other lady handed me my food. Something told me not to say anything to her and just grab my food but instead I still said I appreciate it and the other lady didn’t say anything back to me either. I don’t know what their problem was with me but I definitely won’t be going back to this Roberto’s or any Roberto’s for that matter. I used to go to this same Roberto’s some years ago and the man who used to work the register was very friendly. I don’t know what’s up with these new females but they got me messed up! The old me would’ve cussed them out but I just write reviews now lol. Don’t treat everybody else one way and be rude to others. Ordered “Fries No Meat” like i always do from Uber Eats at this location . I come in , order. I ask the man “can i have “fries, no meat” he repeats my order puzzled. I respond, yes, FRIES WITH OUT meat. I further explained . Like carne asada fries with NO MEAT . He repeats ok yes, NO MEAT.. First issue was when the total came out to be more than what i usually pay on uber eats . On uber eats i pay $7 and some change . I came in the store and they charge me $10 and some change. Whatever . I didn’t care . THEN the guy kept telling me my card declined after 3 tries... I check My account, there’s plenty. So i leave, go to an atm , pull out cash perfectly fine, get charged $2 from ATM since his machine didn’t work .. there goes his tip, Come back , pay , get my food, go home. Get home , get undressed from work , turn on a movie . Open my box to find my fries COVERED in CARNE ASADA. I call, they ask me to come back. I go BACK it’s a woman at the counter now, then She asks me for a receipt . i explain the whole situation . They take my old fries back and make me new ones. Please be careful they over charge you with extra fee if you don’t pay attention. The have the prices are on from of you on the menu for the burritos and nachos and all the stuff . When you made your order and you are about to pay the overage charge you for everything if you don’t pay attention be careful they say the if you want meet on your carne asada nachos the all really have the price for it with the name included the meat $ 10.00 plus tax you have to pay extra for the meat or it will be plain. How you can call carne asada nachos with out the meat , call them plain nachos not carne asada nacho for $10.00 dollars if you not going to put meat on it please call the plain nachos or fries for $10.00 plus tax and if you want meat extra put it on the menu so people can read it don’t hide it and over charge the customer . And this is on everything including the enchiladas ,fried taquitos with chicken etc. this is a rip-off I don’t know if this is under new management but this place used to be my favorite place before.
