Horrible customer service, to start with lady taking my order was upset due to me asking them not to cut my cheese quesadilla (#23)into pieces just leave it full.. cook kept insisting they had to cut it because it wouldn't close ? It did not make sense then I just said it's okay no worries , no biggie right ? Then I ask for Horchata and the lady told me that it was not included with the special, I asked how much extra for it? She then informed me that I would have to pay for a whole different new drink if I wanted it, I informed her every other Roberto's does it but fine no biggie I'll just get a fountain drink, then instead of just letting it goes rude lady starts getting arguments and very condescending when reply and laughing saying no they don't because it's a special and I replied yes they do I've been to plenty of them around Vegas, so at this point I just said never mind because her attitude is horrible, you really think I am going to argue over a drink and trust you to make my food ? Read moreThe experience was not as one would expect. I was explaining that I had ordered my order in a certain way and was explaining to cashier why I wanted my order that way. When all of a sudden a customer one person down started yelling to hurry up that I was taking along time that he had been in traffic on Fremont Street that he was in hurry. I felt really bad. I told the cashier that I was going to step to side. So everyone else can order so the customer yelling can get his food. I felt really bad... I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. If you buy and order food you should be able to explain what you want on it and what you don't. After everyone went to got back and ordered my food... the experience did kinda of leave me scratching my head like what. Read moreCame there today with some friends, had to use the restroom really quick, all of us were, but my friends ordered before I did, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. My friend handed me the restroom key and one of the employees yelled at her for giving me the key before I ordered in front of the other customers, she had blonde and black hair and was the cashier. Then when I went up to order she took my card, and was on her phone, it’s generally unprofessional to be on your phone at work but especially if you have someone’s card, once she charged me she didn’t say anything she gave me back the card and took both receipts and I had to ask for my receipt, she took it with her to the lobby for whatever reason, and I had to ask for it because I was not sure what she was trying to do with my receipt or information.
