Winchell's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Ordering from this store has been a bad joke - first off, the sandwich and chips we ordered were flat out not delivered at all - the coffee had an amount of cream that would choke a horse - it was ordered black - when we called to inquire about the situation - a woman scolded us for calling the store to begin with … ?? … - then a child was put on the phone to tell us to that they decided to not send the items we ordered - because they didn’t have them - and rather than cancel the order (that we were charged fully for) - they sent a small bag of dried donut holes. That is not an exaggeration - it was 6, dried out, glazed donut holes in a small paper bag - not sealed. - this child also said that if we had a problem : we should all JESUS - repeating name JESUS numerous times and giggling. ? Saying he wasn’t in right now. Lol .. then they went on to say that if we wanted to - we could call the district manager. When asked for the name and number - we were told to go find it on the website. So we paid for items not delivered and then reprimanded by a...

The service was awful not too great when I entered inside i said good morning and no response. Whenever I try to make 3 orders, the Hispanic young lady who took the 1st order weren't patient enough, and annoyed, when she finished it she immediately bringing the order not giving me a chance to say anything. Until i said something she look at me like "what!" Attitude. I have Autism. I said to her dont bring it up yet i have 2 more. She gave me a bad vibe. I was on the phone with my sister and brother so i wont forget the order. I usually do forget the order. That why im glad my sister helped me with the order. Meanwhile, the Hispanic ladies they talk to each other behind my back. That I don't even know what they are saying in spanish. After they finish the order they didnt repeat the order to me. They just finished up and take the other order like I didn't exist. When I got home, they messed up the order...

I've usually had a good.experience here but on Halloween they just did not hit the mark. We happened to be driving by and saw their Halloween donut poster so we stopped. Place was pretty crowded for being so early in the morning but since I hadn't had Nnissue before we waited. So, we order all the cute Halloween donuts, a croissant and some regular donut holes then we get stuck waiting to pay due to the cash register not working.No worries cause we had out Halloween donuts :D Then they almost let this lady cut in front of us but caught it before I needed to say anything. So, we get in the car and being greedy I try one of the donut holes. It was hard as a rock, thought awww probably just that one...nope they were all hard. So a little worried, I asked my daughter to check the regular ones and out of the dozen we got, all but two were pretty hard. Thank goodness...
