Long post:well on august 18th at approximately 11:30am me and my family(husband and 11yr old daughter decided to go get Dunkinâ Donuts like we always have for the past 2 years because itâs convenient for us since itâs only 3mins away from home and the employees there was very nice and knew my order very well⊠so on that day I ordered 2 coffees and a refresher and a punkin spice donut and also a chocolate glaze donut I pulled up to the window paid for my order with 20$ bill at the same time she was handing me my drinks she also handed me a bag with 2 doughnuts in it as I wait for my change I checked my bag in the process and realized they gave me a regular glaze and punkin I then looked at the women and said mam I asked for a chocolate glazed at this time the manager micheal who Iâve seen on many occasions have it out with other customers and speak to his employees like trash but never would I imagine to be treated like that but that day he walked by the drive Thur as I was handing her back the doughnut to let them know they made a mistake I then hear Michael the manager and I quote saysâitâs always a problem he said it so loud that my husband said hand them back everything and get a refund I did just that because how dare you I asked him why would he say something like that he began to scream and yâall at me in front of my child he then told the young lady to move and told me to come inside and slams the window in my so I waited in my car I told him no because he was already being rude so as a paying customer I donât have to move are get out my car so I sat for about 1 minute and a half he then come back to the window yalled at me again and said he wasnât giving me back my money I then proceeded to park my car I was so upset that I parked in the handicap parking and me and my husband and daughter proceeded to go inside he was still over in drive Thur I asked for my money he refused to give it to me and then said he was calling the police to have me tras passed I asked him for what when he the one who has my money and I no longer wanted service there so I moved my car from the handicap parking and went back in to wait for the police but he never called them so he continued to hold on to my money my husband stepped in and asked him to just give me my money because it could go bad but this guy just wouldnât listen so now he pulls out his phone and starts to record after he started all of the commotion as if they not already recording it he also records my 11 year old she says why are you recording me he then laugh like it was a joke he gives me my money at this time another guess sees whatâs going on and then says that guy is so mean and nasty I said I know he then opens the door still recording as if he donât have a store to run like I was so disgusted with his actions as a person whoâs of lead position who showed no good example for his employees when I asked for his corporate number he tells me there is non and whatever review I write about the incident will go unnoticed my husband then told us to just go so I left and I go to another Dunkinâ doughnut to get my coffee and other items and I explain to another manager what happened she couldnât believe it and I told her that I asked for the corporate number he refused and said that there wasnât one she said it was a lie and she gave it to me I made a complaint about my experience that was so bad Iâm thinking about failing a lawsuit because I was embarrassed in front of everybody not only that my daughter was video recorded on his phone sheâs a child and he violated her rights he screamed and yelled at us and said he was calling the police to trust pass us I get tired of ppl of power playing victim and if heâs not removed are even delt with for his actions I will be taking another route because of the emotional stress and the embarrassment he put me and my family Thur they have yet to reach out to me about the incident are atless to try and fix the...
Read moreI ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese, a latte, and 2 doughnuts. When she gave me the sandwich I box wasn't hot. I opened it, and the bread was cool, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The cold latte barely had any ice in it. I asked about the sandwich, and both employees were looking confused, so I asked to speak to the manager. The girl whispered his name to me and said he's very mean, you dont want to talk to him. We're scared of him. I said, "Please tell him I'll call. I called 10 times, and no one ever picked up. I noticed my doughnuts weren't there so I went all the way back to the store went through the drive thru only to have the manager (Micheal) to tell me (in a VERY rude manner) "You have to come in the store!" I explained to him about being disabled he said,"What do you want?" I explained about the sandwhich and the doughnuts. He said park over there. He then brings the sandwhich. I asked about the doughnuts. Prepared to pay when I was at the window or pay on the app while parked. He then got even rudder(like I just wanted free food). No one should ever talk to anyone the way he spoke to me. I asked him who his manager was, and at first, he said, "No one. I'm in charge!" I asked, so there is no one you answer to? He said, "Sam in Montana." I asked if he had a last name. He said, " What's your last name?" I told him, and he said well that's your prerogative! We don't give last names! "He then said you didn't pay for the doughnuts( again as if I wanted free food, all I wanted was to share an after school doughnuts with my daughter) there's a screen that shows you what you pay for, you should have looked at the screen!" I said I could have paid for them while I was at the window. He said "Your raising your voice(I clearly was not). I'm refusing to talk any longer!" And stormed off, flinging his arm at me as to dismiss me! I've never been so insulted!!! Just know Sam will be hearing about how his manager treats customers! No one should ever be treated like this! It's STARBUCKS from now on! I will GLADLY PAY MORE FOR BWTTER...
Read moreWorse customer I've ever experienced from this location from the gentleman working the drive-through this morning 8/6. When I first arrived to the window I said "good morning" and he looked at me as if he had no idea what good morning meant so after about a 30 second blank stare he just told me my total. I proceeded to say good morning again. He was talking so fast I could barely understand him when he gave me my total, so of course he got my order wrong and then when I politely corrected him I got nothing but pure attitude and almost my coffee thrown at me then when I proceeded to let him know he forgot the donut he almost reprimanding me as if I was bothering him while he was at work. I truly understand how customer service should work and if this is how your employees treat customers you need to reevaluate who you have taken orders. This location is convenient for me because it is on my way to work but now I will choose to take my business elsewhere since it was such a burden for your employees to deliver customer service with a smile. I do not need a generic we take our reviews very seriously from a copy and paste email from all the reviews I've read it sounds like this location needs a serious review on your employees. Please train your staff your better to avoid...
