Flamin Grill & Cafe — Restaurant in Lauderhill

I heard about this new Bahamian restaurant from an acquaintance, and I finally decided to try them out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by multiple team members. This is definitely refreshing. There was even a young lady out front helping some guests who were seated at the tables. When I walked in, the food looked fresh and smelled amazing. The establishment was very clean, and the team members made sure to use fresh gloves any time they moved something or served food. Very sanitary. They have a great menu with a variety of choices. They also have some very good desserts as well. Make sure you ask to sample their Watermelon Lemonade or Island Punch! (Not fruit punch...lol) Service was fast, even though it was busy. I will give my honest opinion covering all areas, rating everything on a 1-10 scale.

I ordered the Fried Conch entree. It comes with 2 sides & Rice. I felt there could have been a bit more conch for the price paid, but still filling Sides: 8- Mac-n-Cheese was good. Coleslaw as well Beverage selection: 9 Indoor seating: None available Outdoor seating: 5 or 6 small round tables

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. As a frequent customer, I visited your establishment yesterday and ordered ribs, which I enjoyed.

Today, I placed another order and specifically requested Bahamian style crack lobster five times. However, when I received my food, the Bahamian style were missing. I called the store to address this issue, but I was informed that nothing could be done except for an offer of a dessert. Considering I spent $60 on two plates, I found this response unacceptable.

I believe the error lies with the person who took my order. Additionally, it is standard practice for a replacement order to be fresh if an item needs to be taken back.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, you have lost a good customer. Pls note untouched...

Great food, generous portions. I had a taste for some Bahamian food, and Flamin Grill popped up in my search, so I decided to check it out. This is by far the best meal I've eaten this year! I had to call and tell somebody after the first bite! I ordered the cracked conch dinner. The conch was fresh. It was tender on the inside and had a nice crunch on the outside. The rice and peas were seasoned to perfection and very flavorful! The cabbage with peppers and onions was very good, and the mac n cheese was pretty good as well.
