Every time I step into Little Caesars, I notice a recurring pattern that has become frustrating to both my patience and my appetite. Despite calling in an order well in advance—sometimes even hours earlier—the pizzas are rarely ready on time. Instead, the employees, who are predominantly Spanish-speaking, seem to move at a slower pace, almost as if the urgency of the customer’s time is not a priority. What should be a quick pick-up often turns into an extended wait that feels unnecessary and avoidable.
The issue lies not simply in the delay, but in the sense of disregard that comes with it. Calling ahead should logically streamline the process; the food ought to be ready when promised. Yet somehow, the moment you arrive, you are told to wait even longer. This contradiction between expectation and reality highlights inefficiency in the way the staff operates. The lack of coordination and swiftness reflects poorly on the establishment, suggesting either inadequate training or a culture of indifference toward customer satisfaction.
Although the employees are polite enough, their deliberate slowness creates an experience that feels more like waiting at a government office than grabbing a pizza. Customers walk in anticipating “Hot-N-Ready,” but instead, they find themselves staring at the oven timer like it is a clock counting down their evening. When the service is so consistently sluggish, it undercuts the very brand promise Little Caesars built its reputation on.
Ultimately, the frustration isn’t just about waiting; it’s about the broken trust between the business and the consumer. If a customer calls ahead, they should be able to rely on their order being ready when promised. If that trust is constantly broken, then the business is failing at its most basic responsibility. For that reason, I would give this location a zero-star review if I could. No customer should feel like their time is wasted over something as simple as a pizza order, and until the service changes, the experience will always be...
Read moreI have used the Little Caesars Pizza near my home for a long time, the one at 5201 W Broward Blvd. in Plantation, Fl. I got the $5.00 or the 3-meat pizza until the pan pizza with pepperoni came out, then that was my new favorite!
Several months ago there was a change of management at the store and the quality of the pizzas has gone down hill! Every time I get a DeepDish it taste different! Every person making the pizza has their own way of making it!-NO QUALITY CONTROL!
It got so bad that I went back to the $5 or the 3-meat pizza! I found that the quality of that was poor. Every time I called to order one I had to ask them to make sure the slices were cut all the way through! I tried to get the telephone number of the Corporate Office and they said they didn't have it. After I searched the web I finally got the main office in Detroit. I was put on hold several times and got a recorded message to speak to the store manager because they have a "satisfaction guaranteed policy", but I think this new management might be part of the problem!
Last night I was driving past the Little Caesars at 4515 N Pine Island in Sunrise, Fl. I ordered the Deep Dish pepperoni pizza and it was GREAT! I suggested that they have someone from the Broward Blvd. store come over to learn how to make pizza. They informed me that the girl that was at the Broward Blvd. store came from their store!-What can I say?
On a scale of 1-10, ten being the best, the Broward Blvd store gets a 2 and the N Pine Island Store gets a 10!
This is bad because the Broward store in on my way home from work and the North Pine Island Store is 5 miles out of my way!-I guess it's back to PapaJohn's.
Thanks for the great customer service, I guess the lack of customer service is the reason why you can sell your pizzas...
Read moreWho doesn’t love a little Caesars pizza?! They’re great for any occasion and only $5 for any regular pizza. The specialty pizzas can go up to $12 which is fine. If you’re expecting “hot & ready pizza” you can forget about that because those days are LONG GONE! Now, the place is located in an okay area. The service is okay, I’ve never had a problem there but I just think the workers can be a bit more enthusiastic or care about their job a bit more. The employees always seem like they don’t wanna be there, rarely do I get greeted and people are on their phones laughing and talking and just having a good time. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that just not when there are customers in there. Now like I said, the days of “hot & ready” pizza are over but what they have done is added a portal which I think is fantabulous! You download their app, order your pizza and when it’s ready you will get a notification on your phone with a code to put into the portal at the store which is a oven where they store your pizza. It’s great because there is there is no waiting at the store! You wait in the comfort of your home until you’re notified which is great for me because talking to people is the worst! So you are in and out in a jiff! Best thing they’ve could’ve done. The store is normally in okay condition, it’s not dirty but it’s not always...
