I place an order for curbside pickup and it said it would be ready at 10:03 p.m. I arrive at the store exactly at 10:03 p.m. There is a sign outside that says please call this number once you arrive for curbside pickup. I call and it rings and it rings and it rings. Now I can see the workers from where I'm parked because it is a small shop. I understand that they are currently working and serving other customers so after it rings and eventually says "please enter your access code" which is a generic message when a phone rings for too long I call again. And yet again they let it ring repeatedly until I get the same error. I try a third time. They don't answer the phone. I try a fourth time. Same thing. I try a fifth time and finally someone answers but they're unresponsive. I can hear them breathing. I can hear them walking around. I can even hear them talking to their coworker another customers. But they are not answering me whatsoever when I'm sitting there going hello?? Hellooo??? So I hang up. I call again and now it's a busy signal. I think okay maybe it's because I called back too fast. So I call again. Busy signal. I call again. Busy signal. I wait a couple of seconds. Call again. Busy signal. I wait a minute. I call again. Busy signal. At this point I realized that they actually left the phone off the hook so it would stop ringing. So I get out of my car, which I don't want to do hence the reason why I picked curbside pickup, and I walk inside shrugging my shoulders wondering what the heck they're doing. My order has been sitting there waiting for me So they knew somebody was going to drive up to pick it up. They hand me my food and don't even say so much as a sorry. By the time I left it was 10:15. Read moreI stopped by this location today just after 12:30, I stood at the register ready to place my order and was never greeted. There were 3 employees in front of me making smoothies and 2 employees making sandwiches. I stood there for quite some time, to the point where I was getting ready to leave and finally one employee said she would be with me in a minute. A few minutes later she finally took my order, a smoothie and a sandwich. I waited forever for my smoothie and even longer for the sandwich. A woman came in to order while I waited for my smoothie and she too was never greeted and waited forever. There was a gentleman who came in after me and got his sandwich before me. He even felt bad and noticed the service was bad, everyone there did. Almost every other order was wrong. I could see the employee making my sandwich, I asked for regular mayo instead of Chipotle mayo and saw him put the Chipotle mayo on it anyway. He realized what he did and started to make another one. I said I would take the one he made anyway, when he asked if I was sure... ya, I'm sure! I've been here for 40min waiting for a sandwich!!! I understand they are new employees and it's a new location, but they clearly are not sure what they're doing. If the location is that new a manager or owner should be there supervising and helping them. If one was there, it was not apparent, they were not helping the situation and in my opinion should not be a manager. Please advise your employees to greet people. I would be more understanding if you are new and unsure of what youre doing if you are pleasant and greet people. Acting like we're not there and don't exist because you are uncomfortable and don't know what to do doesn't make the situation better.
