This review is in reference to a situation that happened over a year ago and I have no way of knowing if this person still works here but it's had a huge impact on my opinion of Famous Dave's so I will share. I've always been a huge supporter of this chain, very loyal (mac and cheese, brisket, Pecan pie, banana pudding are my favorites but I've always ordered the feast for two). One day I had a problem with my meal, which was a rare occurrence but I brought the situation to the attention of an employee who made a supervisor aware. I believe a side was missing or incorrect, I'm not sure BUT I also mentioned to the employee that I loved the restaurant and ordered from there often. Fast forward a few days and a supervisor reached out about the issue. The conversation wasn't a big deal, nor was the incorrect or missing side but what upset me about the interaction was the supervisor who said "I heard you were a loyal customer but I searched your reward account and you've only ordered from here once". I was so baffled by that comment and though there was no sarcasm or "gotcha" tone in her voice, the fact that she even said that insulted the hell out of me for several reasons. Main reason, seemed she was calling me a liar. I only used the app once in my life but have always ordered in person or through third party apps (Uber/GrubHub/Doordash)Doordarshan. Now, I did not explain that to this supervisor, because - why? Seemed she already had her mind made up. I felt my loyalty at that point boiled down to nothing because I rarely used the app and I never ordered form...

Here's why: When we arrived, your Hostess Mrs. May greeted us. Out of frustration I immediately told her what happened at another restaurant and I was so hungry. We were immediately seated. She told me our experience would be much better and she then apologize for our experience with the other restaurant. Mrs. May I would like for you to know that you made our day. I also would like to thank you so much for your OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, WARM SPIRIT & ATTITUDE.

Secondly, I would like to think our waitress Dulce R. You are an OUTSTANDING waitress. Thank you too for listening to my terrible experience. We were both surprised when our food came out as soon as you took our order. Our food was amazing and filled both of my stomachs ( a joke I always told my kids that I have 2 of them) lol. You are AMAZING and your PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE was IMPECCABLE .

Thirdly, I would like to think your Manager, Christine for also ensuring us we would have the best service there. Mrs. Christine you model EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION. Thank you for acknowledging our terrible experience with the previous restaurant.
