**This is absolutely a Joke. So the entire 20 minutes we sat in the drive thru, they would not stop cussing, being rowdy and messing around with whatever other associates are in there. On top of that, we had to reorder 3 different times, because the associate wouldnt pay attention and listen, and for just a (Milkshake). We get to the drive thru window they hand me a already opened straw in the milkshake and half drank milk shake and said that's what they look like, take it or leave it pretty much. Thats how they come.. Icing on the cake is, what seemed to be a manager was standing right there, clearly in hearing view and acknowledging everything that was said and turned the other way. Professional. How gross and unsanitary, noone knows exactly what diseases people carry in any shape or form , along with not wearing any gloves. Our fries have literally like 8 or 9 fries in there for a large and it's drenched with popcorn salt it seems like, not sure what seasoning it is exactly. You cannot even take a bite of one, theyre literally orange from the seasoning. So for a new establishment can someone please explain to me where any of this behavior is okay! The food/service, cleanliness, already drank milkshake, 8/9 orange seasoned fries or what looked like fries, no common courtesy, foul language, shouting, along with absolute no respect for others it seems, is okay? I can say that this Jacks is the worst I've been too, and I've never been to a bad one until right now. Not one to ever post negative comments normally, We all know every one, has a bad day and it not go accordingly but this was...

We meander through the establishment, greeted by an ambiance that whispers tales of potential and whispers of a culinary Eden. The staff, akin to shadows in the mist, are as elusive as a gentle breeze in a quiet forest.
With bated breath, we await the culinary crescendo. But the dishes, when they arrive, speak not of the symphony of flavors we anticipated, but rather a quiet murmur of the ordinary. The 'Oceanic Alfredo' drifts aimlessly in a sea of blandness, and the 'Tri-Tip Tacos' are a timid affair, lacking the bold zest of their namesake.
Here, in this realm where the culinary arts should dance upon the palate, we find a muted ballet of tastesāa narrative of what might have been in a kitchen brimming with promise, yet falling just...
