Worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. Been in other states and other countries and Iâm not joking when I say this is the worst. Nobody knows what theyâre doing, food is always wrong, you wait for 30-40 mins inside or in the drive thru. I waited for 45 mins this morning patiently, while watching them look at my order on the screen along with everyone elseâs order who was in the lobby. They said to stop taking orders until the lobby was clear and taken care off, then went on taking orders and giving drive thru food for 45 minutes. After finally getting my food after saying something to them about waiting so long while they lied to everyone about being out of almost everything, I left and got to work. My entire order was wrong and had to go back. When I got back they told me they were out of what I had ordered. Not sure why they didnât tell me that when I was waiting for 45 minutes. This location should be shut down permanently or new management or ownership is needed. Everyone in Laurel knows how bad this location is and management is. Worst experience in my life.    Read moreI sat in my car in lane 2 for thirty minutes after they tried to bring me 2 orders that weren't mine . I went in to see where my simple order of 3 combos was . I then stood there and watched them hand two Big Macs and other parts of my order to customers in the drive through window who were there 36 minutes after I was . They finally after 40 minutes give me the rest of my order, with no apology for the ridiculous service that I was receiving. I Love McDonald's and this McDonald's usually has it together. But I have been a few times in the past year that the service was super terrible. Like just insane to where you think "this can't be happening I must be in the twilight zone " kind of terrible. I know it's hard to hire good workers out of these New Generation Children. But , McDonald's you got to get a handle on that , especially at Lunchtime. Probably the most important, busiest times of the McDonald's day .
