I have worked in both fast food and customer service before. Therefore, I try to give some grace when an order isn't correct. However, three out of three very incorrect orders in a row, and I am no longer able to let it go.
First, I have never been given a receipt with my food. I hate it when I don't get one, because it keeps me from double checking if my order was put into the system correctly and that I was charged correctly.
The first incorrect item was ensuring there was no mayonnaise or lettuce on my sandwich, a Dave's single cheeseburger. Instead, I was given double and charged $10.74 for the small combo order. The second incorrect order was a breakfast combo and I upgraded to the mocha iced coffee. I was given caramel. I asked them to remake it, as I was still at the window, and instead both parties at the window argued that their mocha flavoring was the light yellow color and not a darker chocolate brown. They were incredibly rude and their attempt at gaslighting fell short, and that knows they were 100% lying. Final issue happened today, 19JAN2025. I ordered the new mushroom bacon single small combo. When I got home to eat it, it was a Dave's single cheeseburger meal.
I will not be returning to this restaurant again. The bad attitudes, the incorrect orders, and the workers standing outside obviously smoking weed (from the smell) has made it to where this location does not deserve my...
Read moreI wish I could do 0 star but I can't. On February 7th 2024 @ 12pm I walked into this establishment in hopes to have lunch with my children. We walked up to the kiosk and placed our order. After putting my card into pay the machine read APPROVED. It was clearly stating approved on the machine but the MANAGER on duty that day states to me that since the kiosk did not print her side a recipe that she could not make our order. She also said that it wouldn't be coming out of my bank. But next day guess what? It did come out. Went up there to get my refund and another manager stated that she couldn't give me the refund because it did not happen on her shift. Okay, that's when I wanted to speak with corporate because that's ridiculous! I have never heard of such bad business behaviors. Spoke with corporate they filed the claim and NEVER GOT BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME ABOUT MY REFUND! Called back several times to the store with NO answer..also still nothing back from corporate. Read moreAs a dasher I frequent this restaurant and usually when I get there the order is ready it close to being bagged and completed. There are a few managers/supervisors who run a good shift and are on top of everything and everyone. But lately there have been times when the dining room is closed and t the orders have to be picked up in drive thru. This is very frustrating because after parking and walking/jogging to the door other patrons have pulled in line for the speaker. And unless there is room between it and the window you have to wait to get to the speaker to tell them who you're there for. And then there are times it's not ready and they tell you to pull up even though the order comes through before anyone has ordered at the speaker. I have tried to call the store when I've gotten there, but there's never an answer. There needs to be a reserved spot for door dashers when the dining room is closed....
