Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

Ordered an online order at 11:16 and I come to the window is nobody at the intercom.. I say something wait 5 mins and then they said to pull up when I said my name at the window. They forgot my coolata and messed up my mini bagels.. cold. Along with my coolata just being ice with no flavoring. I pull up and se they messed up the persons order in front of me. Now it’s been 10 minutes for a simple order and I walk in to complain and as a few minutes passed the Dunkin line was piling up and I witnessed 8 cars drive by because the employees and even the owner of the building had an attitude and was doing nothing. Comes in his fancy Range Rover walking inside doing nothing but catching an attitude. The owner does not know how to run an establishment and should resign from even “running” it. I do not recommend coming here at all, they take forever, are unprofessional, and are blaming their “ovens” for cold food. Man up. Would...

Literally the worst Dunkin' I have ever experienced. The lady at the drive thru was decent, I don't have a problem with her. It's my actual order that will make me never come here ever again. I used to come here all of the time, it's a convenient Dunkin' right on Rt. 1... But because of the CONSTANT mess ups that they do with orders is just crazy. I asked for a SIMPLE FV HOT COFFEE with 1 extra pump and sugar... I literally received a hot coffee with milk... Are you KIDDING ME? Of course, I didn't realize until I already got to work, or I would've turned back around.

This location gradually over the years just went down-hill with their service... Smh

I was not very happy with the service received today. July 18th 2022. I did have a semi large order. However, I was given a corn muffin, when I asked for a blueberry muffin & there was hair inside the middle of my avocado toast I didnt realize any of this until I was to far away from the place & could not e turn right away due to heading to work. I also tried calling for 20 mins & there was no answer & after a while it seemed as though they were hanging up on the call. I will try again later but am very surprised by this service today.
