Horrible Customer Service
My husband went to pick up food around 9pm since I am 7 and a half months pregnant and did not feel like cooking. When he came home with the food, I immediately thought to myself that there was not a lot of food in my burrito bowl. We ordered the steak burrito bowl, which is around $10, and we barely got any beef in the bottom of the bowl. On top of that, the rice was severely under cooked and crunchy, basically to the point where I couldn't even enjoy it and stopped eating about a quarter of the way through. My husband was also dissatisfied with his food as well. Since it was so late in the evening and the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes, I didn't feel like rushing back and making a complaint. I was just going to chock it up to a loss and throw my food in the garbage, and then just leave a bad review, however my husband convinced me to wait until tomorrow and go back to make the complaint to see what they would do for us. The next day, I returned shortly after they opened to bring the food back and let them know that I was dissatisfied. Almost immediately after I told the manager, Raj, of my dissatisfaction, he tried to blame it on me, saying that I was the one that made my own bowl. I said, "Yes I picked what I wanted, but I did not make the food", the problem was not with what I picked but the way the food was prepared; the rice was basically inedible. He then continued to argue with me for an additional 2 minutes and finally when I said "I paid $10 for each of these and if you don't want to make me knew bowls then just give me my money back", that's when he agreed to remake the two bowls. Then he had the audacity to tell me to leave them a good review. My main problem is not the fact that I received under quality food the night before, but how I was treated as a customer when I went back to express my dissatisfaction. Any establishment that cares about their customers would have remade the two bowls without argument, and apologized for the situation. I place an order for my 2 year old kid all I need is rice n beans which is like not adding chicken or any meat I ask “raj” he said he will charge me extra for another scoop which is being too cheap for adding little more for a kid. I was not even adding no sauce no guacamole no lettuce nothing just a simple food for my baby to have it. He charge me almost $9 for just rice n beans which is only one scoop . I did mention him that i m not adding anything still he didn’t apologize or added one scoop or little extra for a baby. To run a business u need to maintain good customer service I think nobody should go there and better off eating chipotle. Read moreI come to Moe’s every week with my family either to eat inside or to go. The service is not the best every time we go but today was the WORST! She was putting extremely less food, and asking even money to put me chipotle ranch which nobody ask me before and plus her actitud extremely rude. Even the cashier told me I don’t why she wants to charge for chipotle ranch but she is the boss I can’t do anything! Poor guy under torture with this “boss” he can’t even speak out! We love Moe’s but it seems we need to find another store!
Edit: Why are you lying 🤥 this was not my order so don’t make up just to cover your terrible service! I didn’t even get one single chipotle ranch. NOT EVEN ONE DROP. Please make sure to know the problem before even answer in public review making yourself more embarrassed ...
