so i was at the 6th street location. they messed up my order. i noticed when i got home so i called there location and spoke an employee who got me to the "manager" who said they could not fix it without a receipt which the drive threw attendant did not give me. when the "manager" asked her she said she gave it to me and to every person before. not true. he refused to help me when i asked for his manager or for the 1800 number said that "there is no one above me" which is also a lie. and i found the numbers in 10 second google search. he then proceeded to hang up on me. so i called back again and asked why he hung up on me he did it again. and for several calls after that he would pick up the phone and hang it up. so i called off a second phone which gets answered by the girl who answered my first phone call and she now said she was a manager, which is a lie because she was not the first time i called in. i have all my phone calls recorded for proof. i really dont care about the one damn taco. its the customer service the refusal to to fix a problem they started. and the blatant disrespect from the "manager": ill be posting all videos and recordings online unless something is...

Ordered off the app and when my boyfriend went to check his food he thought there was something wrong and the lady was very rude... they then proceeded to give me the wrong size of my freezy I let it slide because I didn't want to be treated rudely about it. We left and as we were eating we found out 2 things were completly wrong on my boyfriends meal and my soft taco had lettuce and jalopeno sauce on it neither of which I can eat... (And yes I'm on a special diet doctors orders I'm not suppsed to eat lettuce or anything with skin) I also got chips and guacomole and when I opened the guacomole there was one little spoonful... Read moreWent through drive through with a mobile order got everything wrong on the order and the bag was leaking everywhere. We went back through the drive thru and asked for our food to be made since we got the wrong bag and when we got to the window we told them the bag was leaking instead of taking it and throwing it away, they left us sitting at the window for atleast 15+ minutes then they finally took the bag after us waving them down and then somehow got our food out in under 2 minutes after that without any problem except they made our cheese quesadilla a chicken one but it took us having to get pissy with them to do soo… I’ve worked in fast food for years and this is unacceptable people need to better I understand being behind on orders and it taking time but they could have atleast been friendly and quick to help when the bag...
