Excellent customer service. Quality workmanship. Very friendly and easy to work with. Didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I would highly recommend them if you need an after market sound system for your vehicle. My whole experience from start to finish was outstanding.
I posted my original review (above) two years ago, not 1 year ago. That said, I want to add to my review because of a recent experience. (Google won't let me do a new review) As stated, I bought my stereo a little over TWO years ago. Obviously it is no longer under warranty. I started having problems with it about a month ago and finally it just died and would not boot back up anymore. I called Sound Innovations and they set up an appointment to troubleshoot the problem. I figured I would probably have to replace it. They took the dash apart and found the problem was with the ignition wire on the steering wheel control unit, which I also had installed when I originally bought this stereo. They fixed the problem and when I asked what I owed, they said NADA, NOTHING. Again, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sound Innovations for their customer service, honesty, and quality workmanship. I hope they are around for a...
Read moreI took two vehicles to this place. First one I had entire sound system and alarm put in my vehicle, I had to take back the first vehicle because the wiring was not done right on the alarm. when you pressed the lock button the trunk would open. Eventually learned to live with the mistake. Second time I had the same done to the other vehicle and they gave me an upgrade on my alarm. Just as the first vehicle the second vehicle had bugs with the alarm, the doors wouldn't lock when pressing the button, you would try and use the remote start and it wouldn't start then walk away and it would start on it's own. Then the speakers that were sold to me were junk, went back and got a second set of speakers, then went back again and the speakers were worse this time around, eventually was asked to spend another $100 on speakers and I asked for a full refund. These people are amateurs and are way overpriced. Took to another dealer and was told they way...
Read moreI bought a 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII and the factory radio wouldn't work at all. So I bought a refurbished factory amp and that didn't work so being fed up with trying it myself and wanting to have some sort of sound in my car after driving in silence for months. I finally decided to stop being so cheap and take it to the professionals so to say.
I'm VERY pleased with my experience with them. Not only did they do exactly what I asked "Make sound come out." They even made it look and sound better then I ever could have. I figured having every speaker rewired would cost a fortune but the price was considerably less then what I expected. I'm sure the next time I need anything done to one of my vehicles I'll be giving them a...
