I groaned when our friends wanted to meet us at Arby's for lunch BUT was pleasantly surprised at the meal we got. I ordered the 3-piece fish meal, it was very pricey at $7.19 for 3 small pieces but they were hot and tasted great! The fries were hot too. My husband was very happy with his brisket sandwich which was $6.39. At least my meal came with fries and a drink for the $7.19. His sandwich didn't come with anything at that price. My husband & I waited for 15 minutes no services, meanwhile the "cooks behind the counter" were cussing using the F bomb, GD, and many others foul language. We were never waited on even though we were the first in line, finally left and done our business elsewhere. So disappointed in the rude service I called the manager on Thursday to complain.
