I come to this DD every time I come to Lawrenceburg. Normally it's a great experience. Today was not a good customer service day. I ordered snack bacon in addition to other items in the drive thru. I had to bring it back because the bacon was ice cold like it just came from the fridge and was thick with cold grease. You wouldn't have thought asking for it to be heated up would have caused so much discomfort for the employees. The young lady working the register and To Go orders told me is supposed to be served room temp. I tolder her it was ice cold and had thick cold grease on the strip. She carried to the prep cook complaining about my request and what she told me. The older lady was angry at my request and insisted on bringing me the bacon back. Read moreService here has gone down hill since they opened, and let it be known that my review is not based on one experience, but 3 seperate. Each time I ordered something via doordash, or drive thru, and every single time something was missing, incorrect or just plain sloppy.
Today was the final straw - placed an order online, drive thru for pick up, i only recieved half the order. After making it aware to the nice drive thru person, a very rude woman behind her proceeded to say (without even looking at me) that they dont offer that anymore... mind you the order had already been paid for. Was the intention to just keep the money without making a substitution? Doesnt seem very "good business practice" or them.
