Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

I had order the grilled chicken sandwich with ranch cheese buffalo no lettuce and no tomato. When I received it, it had lettuce. Had it for dining not for a to-go order. So i was okay with waiting no rush. Okay no biggie...so i asked to be returned and asked for it to be re-made. After i received it (remind you they had the while box to) it looks normal but it did looked less saucy than it did the first time I got it. But whatever. Gave me cookies to make up for it. Still really appreciate it :)

The issue was. After a couple bite in. I happen to realize there was a little lettuce in it. As if it wasn’t remade. Like someone dug their hand into it to wipe the lettuce off. That was my issue. I ordered it at 8:43 for dine in probably received the food maybe 7 minutes afterwards, and I also didn’t even know that they closed at 9. Otherwise wouldn’t have came that close to closing.

Anyways, We left at 9:08. That’s when I started writing this reviews at 9:12 now I realized why they didn’t care to replace it the person cooking because they were close to closing. The sandwich that got remade didn’t get remade that was the irritated part for me towards the end -

the person cooking the food wiped off the lettuce off chicken most likely with hands as if I wouldn’t notice. but they obviously didn’t do a good job because there was a tiny piece of lettuce on there there I had to take off there. That was my problem. What if someone had ordered a sandwich they asked for something they didn’t want on there to begin with, they could’ve been allergic to? Just pure laziness in my opinion. If I was allergic to the lettuce and still assumed it was remade cause I asked for it to be removed and re-made. I would’ve had allergic reaction to it because of a zaxbys worker. I love zaxbys don’t get me wrong. But please actually remake the food because next time someone could actually have an allergic reaction and it would be a bigger problem. Don’t take the easy way out and wipe something...

Oct 2021 Question about their Cobb Salad: I've had their salads with fried chicken and it perfect. I've started getting the salad with grilled chicken. They cut the chicken only to perforate it, instead of cutting it into pieces. This means I either have to finish cutting the chicken before I can begin eating or ask them to cut it completely, which I had to do today. First the girl at the window laughed saying "of course we cut the chicken". This forced me to explain further, to which she said "oh, you want it cut cut". Trying to eat healthy shouldn't be so irritating. Zaxby's, can simply make it your policy to cut up the chicken? ...or tell me why perforated chicken is better?

Jan 2021 I've started getting their chicken caesar salad. very good choice. the only funny thing is when I ask for a caesar salad, they consistently ask me ..."...and what dressing would you like?"...

I would give zero stars if I could. This is what Zaxby's calls "fully loaded fries." As a matter of fact, I have a household of seven and eat here weekly. We will never ever return again. Not only did the manager have the option to make this correct by adding bacon to both of our orders, He also refused to come out and speak to me regarding the order and just talked through the window explaining that "that was all the bacon that you receive on these orders." I know this to not be true because I in fact have ordered here multiple times and get the same order every time. As I explained to him that I would not be returning and that I would be reaching out to corporate ( which I already have) I proceeded to hear laughter from him and the young ladies in the front. Continue to have him running the store and you will lose customers...
