Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawton

I was here today and went through the drive-thru I asked if they could do a grilled steak burrito and they told me no but they could do a grilled beef burrito and substitute the beef for steak now correct me if I'm wrong but is that not the same thing?? So I said okay that will work let me get two of them and can I get them grilled she said I can only grill them by request.. that's exactly what I'm doing is requesting two grilled steak burritos so I'm not real sure what's going on with the people in there but then my last part of the order was the number two three soft taco supreme she rang up a three layer burrito supreme meal with the crunchy taco I didn't get the burrito or the taco in the bag and of course my tacos were not in there that I actually ordered so I had to go back around and tell them they charge me for something I didn't order it was not in the bag but I just want my three soft tacos 48 minutes I waited for three soft tacos that look like that and the drink that I posted the picture of is the wild strawberry lemonade freeze taste like a gas station bathroom smells after they think that they've cleaned it really disgusting.. I'm pretty disappointed with them and their service I was talking to the lady in the window and I was about to ask her a question and she slammed the window door thingy so hard I thought it was going to break the kids were laughing at me so of course I got mad... I was really hoping not to be that person. But a simple small attitude adjustment can go such a Long way. It's been now 45 mins to 50 mins for my order. ORDER #900416. It's not a hard order. I get that your short staff but if I call and ask what's going on and wondering if someone else took my food? Don't tell me with such anger making me anxious now and worried that your short staff. I'm paid 30$ for this order the least you could do is Fake it till you make it. You could of asked me for my order number, and told me how much time I had left. Not a "you calling is wasting my time and I'm trying to make orders". His name, at least several people had to ask for the gentleman name. He claimed it was "Mark". I would of liked to know what was going on in a better attitude and positive way. You chose this job and the culinary / food and beverage industry isn't for everyone. I don't think anyone knows how to keep a positive attitude or know any customer service. It's sad that my food was cold and all we needed was the drinks. Next time when someone calls just to know what's going. Validating your customer (who mine you, pays your bills) I maybe 1 person that can't make that much effect but it sucks that you ruin the food by your passive aggressive attitude. I had visited there on 29-Dec-2020 at approx 11:30pm and the guy on the drive threw speaker was very rude and told me that in the drive threw is CASH ONLY. When I was ordering my food I didn't even get a chance to finish my order before he told me to pull forward and when I tried to tell him that I didn't finish my order he got upset with me and said I was NOT allowed to order food threw the window. I spoke to the manager and he finished up my order. I asked for the complaint and/or 800 number he informed me that it was locally owned and he was NOT going to give me the owners phone number and I was asked (told rudely) to get the hell out of his drive threw. When I got my food home I discovered all of the hard tacos was smashed to bits, the cheese for the fries for my son was poured all inside of the bag. It was a holy mess. I couldn't believe what I seen. I had tried calling the store back and tell them what I discovered I was told to "deal with it" and was hung up on. I took pictures and emailed the photos to the cooperate office and I have yet to hear back from them. Then I went to Taco Mayo down the road and was treated with honor and respect. I will NEVER visit that Taco Bell again. That Taco Bell is the worst place I have ever...
