This is the Starbucks I try to avoid, which is frustrating because it's the closest and most central. It's only gotten worse over the last few months...mobile orders are never ready when I arrive (despite the app warning me that I'm too far away to place the order, since it will be ready before I'm there...hah!), drinks are hit or miss (they always burn my almond milk drinks), and often I've noticed one or two baristas slaving away while the others chat. Maybe that has to do with who can make certain drinks or certain job roles, but when it's crowded shouldn't everybody be hauling to keep up with orders? This is a busy location, and they don't handle it well. The parking lot situation is also rough, but that's inevitable due to the location & space. The drive thru line often blocks the access to the parking, and the covered parking has small spaces that are hard to park a larger car. I've witnessed a lot of near misses with cars trying to dodge each other and weave.
Avoid this location at all costs during busy hours, and place any mobile orders way ahead of time (15-20 min) to ensure it is actually ready when...
Read moreThis is the best Starbucks I have gone to in a while. I am a bit of a frequent flyer when it comes to Starbucks and have been for about nine years. I have watched good Starbucks service come and go, but I can honestly say that I have never had an issue at this particular Starbucks. It is the closest Starbucks to my work and I, therefore, purchase form here more often that I would choose to admit. Their drinks are always right, their Frappuccinos are always made to the perfect consistency and are never watery. The service has always been phenomenal but lately it has been exceptionally great. For example, during my break today my husband and I went to this Starbucks and the guy who took our order was so enthusiastic, funny and upbeat and got everything correct. He asked us what question we would like to be asked more of and my husband said what his favorite dinosaur was. I didn't catch the baristas name, however, I thought if I mentioned this specific example, he would at least be recognized. I would love to give props to him specifically. We left a larger tip than normal and drove...
Read moreYikes. Someone really needs to check the attitude of the girl taking orders in the drive thru. I ordered a Pumpkin CREME frapucino, got to the window and was asked "with or without coffee?", I replied "without" to which the girl confirmed to the barista "without" plain as day. Ended up with coffee so I pulled back around and let her know what happened. No big deal! She again asked with or without and I said "without, I want the pumpkin creme frapucino". I was friendly, she was friendly. Get to the window, she hands me my drink and says "this is why I asked if you wanted coffee or not".... Really? Not sure what she was hoping I would say but she didn't like my answer, I guess she expected me to apologize or something? So she rolled her eyes at me and shut the window. Sweet. There was zero reason for any of that attitude. Absolutely none! I have never had anything but great and friendly experiences at Starbucks, and...
