Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in League City

I came to get pizza from just getting back in town it was 10:10pm. Before I came I looked up the papa Johns website just to make sure they were still open the website said 12:00am. They worker saw me and my daughter get out the car the doors were locked and he went to the back as he never saw us. As we were walking back to the car from being ignored the delivery driver pulled up I asked him what time they closed he said the inside was 10:30pm I explained it was only 10:12. The delivery driver went in to talk to the rude employee inside and he refused to allow me to place an order unless it was delivery. I explained I’m already here and you probably don’t deliver in my area. The delivery driver asked where I lived I told him San León which they don’t deliver to because this papa johns is on 646 in league city. So not only was it not 10:30 and he wouldn’t take my order I couldn’t get it delivered either. This is the worst customer service I ever received in my life I’m a supervisor in customer service and normally people don’t have a job if they provide that type of customer service. Called 15 minutes after 9 was placed on hold ... I waited 5 minutes called back placed on hold again then waited 7 minutes on hold and thought to myself eather their really bussy or their up their not doing anything but waiting for 10 o'clock to roll around to go home. So I called a third time a different guy picked up and placed me on hold.... So now I'm a lil irritated. 4 minutes passed and I said screw it I'll drive up their to place my order. Got in the car called again then they let the phone ring and ring.... Pulled up in the parking lot and low and behold hold 4 guys just sitting up on the counter just talking. I walk in and said looks like y'all don't want to work going dam well what they just did. On 12/30/2024 at night I went to buy a large pizza with ham and mushrooms at Papa John's. It was my first time with Papa John's. I asked for both toppings to be served in sufficient quantity. When I picked up the pizza I noticed that the amount of both toppings was not small, it was ridiculous. When I spoke to the manager he did not acknowledge the problem and far from admitting the deficiency, he told me that "this is how the pizzas are here", Incredible. It was my fault because I went to PJ. After all, it is closer to my house, that's why. I am a regular customer of Gio's Pizza where these unpleasant problems do not exist. For Gio's Pizza, the customer comes first. If you want to eat a good pizza with first-class attention, go to Gio's Pizza and you will avoid a terrible experience. Dr....
