Even before the Pandemic began, THIS location was always clean and practiced noticeable health and wellness guideline.

Each order is prepared with fresh ingredients. WYSIWYG! This is a win-win situation for both the consumer and the food preparers. You cannot get great results if inferior/subpar ingredients are used.

I have to say this: The sauce does not give a canned/metal taste and it does not yield an overpowering taste. Bad sauce is a major deal breaker. MOD Pizza prepares and offers a great tasting sauce and never oversaturates the crust! This minor detail yields major results.

Let's discuss how attentive the CSR are towards EACH customer. Upon walking into the establishment, each customer is provided a warm greetings. THIS tone sets the atmosphere for the consumer's real time experience. The consumer is given a chance to actually be heard because each pizza is prepared according to the purchasers real time specifications: plus, you're not rushed. Attention matters. Details matters. Attention is provided! Details are heard!

After the food is carefully prepared, it's handed directly to the customer and the customer is ready to enjoy a wonderful food creation experience.

I was going to take my pizza home; however, the atmosphere was so great, I chose to dine-in. Why, Covid-19 regulations and guidelines are prioritized at this location and it literally shows. Plus, I watched how attentive the manager was to both the customers and staff.

Tony is is absolute best!!! While working, he still managed to greet each customer and thank them for coming in. He also took time and talked with his employees in one-on-one conversations. So many managers do not attempt to have discussions with their employees. This is not the case with Tony. I openly wat and need to applaud him for his efforts! Whenever open communication is the norm within any organization or group, it shows. If open communication isn't the norm, great customer service will NEVER take place. Tony ensures that great customer service is provided and maintained because H-E listens! THIS IS WHY I CONTINUE TO RETURN TO THE BA AREA LOCATION!

I do not leave bogus reviews. I'm a tough food critic because I don't GIVE bogus reviews. I gift reviews based on the exact customer service and culinary experience gifted to me.

Way to go MOD Pizza Bay Colony location! Continue to keep up great work and continue to train great customer service representatives/food preparers!!!

Oh boy, where to begin here... Mod was on my list of things to try for the longest time, as a pizza joint worker I expected the worst and was ready to be understanding and forgiving to a fellow shop.. HOWEVER. I was not prepared to be completely blitzed and assaulted by the impeccable scene, sound, sanitation and service of this establishment.

I was promptly greeted by Anno who was completely understanding and accommodating of my first MOD visit. she took her time to explain the menu and ingredients to me, she was very patient and was able to move me along the line in good time. I found a roomy seat in a warm visual setting with throwback tunes perfectly blended with newer alternative music that weren't too loud but still audible.

I only sat for a couple of minutes before Ricky called out for me, and began explaining all the post bake sauces and sides I had for options. He was very knowledgeable and polite and made sure I had everything I needed when I walked off.

To my surprise, I sit at my table and see a magnificently beautiful pizza that Anno had just whipped up for me. And it tasted as good as it looked. The dough was fresh, there was a good amount of seasoning, the pizza held together perfectly and it smelled scrumptious.

I hadn't eaten that day so I was pretty hungry, but just the first slice was almost enough to put me down. I sat at that table and ate away for almost an hour and a half before I called it a night.

This specific store. This RESTAURANT gets 5 stars across the board for me. I walked in half cocked, expecting something else. I got a great experience at a great price and that's hard to find. After my meal I just had to get their names, they were too cool not to talk About and I can't wait to see everyone again. Y'all just earned a repeat...

Please, please, please understand that the store is ran by mostly 16-22 year olds (it's a starter job for most, circumstance just has made it a career for me). That said things aren't always going to be smooth, especially when I'm out of store. It's just the nature of the beast and teens.
