I really love the Chick-fil-A product! However the customer service at this Chick-fil-A is atrocious. I ordered breakfast online and then got to the restaurant right at 10:30am and hit the “I’m here” button on my phone. They literally cancelled my order because they don’t serve breakfast after 10:30am. It was still 10:30am and I had just driven 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. I attempted to talk to the manager to see if they would go ahead and make the items I had ordered. I wasn’t rude nor did I act out in a negative manner. They refused to help me and literally told me too bad. If I had been there at 10:40, I could have understood the lack of assistance in the matter, but it was literally 10:30am. I had used a combination of my rewards points and cash to get breakfast items, and Chick-fil-A refused to refund the points. The reward items have since expired and Chick-fil-A refused to address that issue at all.
I sent an email to Chick-fil-A corporate to see if I could get my rewards points back. They have not responded to my request despite three emails to their customer support link within the app. I think that Chick-fil-A has lost their original appeal and they are soon to go the way of other large chain restaurants.
I will never again go to this particular Chick-fil-A, but to be fair, I may dump Chick-fil-A and their app all together after their lack of response to my request to get my rewards points back. Despite my love for their product, I refuse to be a customer for a company that takes their customers for granted. It’s a matter of principle!
I don’t expect others to dump Chick-fil-A over my experience, but just be leery of the disintegration of Chick-fil-A’s customer oriented business model. I think they have changed...
Read moreI really like Chick-fil-A and it was my 1st job since I moved here in US. I understand we all have good days and bad days. I am not complaining but just sharing my opinion. The server who took my order was not very nice in general. Too rush and not patience with me who had 1 infant and 1 toddler, not good customer service (again like I said she might have had a bad day that day). So I told her I used to work at CFA as a team leader and then she started to change her attitude. Anyway, I hope she will improve her customer service 🤩 Another one, we wanted to change a toddler toy with under 3 years old toy. So we asked one of the employees to change it for us. He brought 3 toddler toys back to us. He didn't understand us. We didn't understand Spanish either. (Many people think I am Spanish and start talking to me in Spanish but i am not. I am sorry. I just smile when it happens.) I don't remember how many times he went back and forth for just a toy. He was a bit upset about that. Anyway, short to the point, he brought 5 toys which is under 3 years old. We needed only 1 but he gave us 5. We even didn't explain it anymore, we just returned the extra. We were confused a bit for the whole situation because we thought he didn't understand us but then he talked to his colleagues in English. I hope he will improve his language like I am also still trying..and be more patient with customers while he is helping them. I got back at 10pm right as they closed and they close everything in my face and then proceeded to ignore me. This is all the staff not the manager she did a good job. They laugh at me which honestly was insane to me and employee named "Chris" after I ask the manager said not to help me.
