I will not ever shop at Lowe's again. To have someone you love accused of stealing by a customer service representative is bad enough. For me to call and never get to speak to a manager that day about the issue worse still. To send an email to corporate, them contact me back telling me a manager would be contacting me and him taking nearly a week and trying to call me on a holiday weekend to speak about the issue, that is too much.

Obvious to me the manager of the Lowe's in Leander, Texas feels he does not need my business. It is unfortunate that his actions have caused me to stop all business with them in every city I do business in. He does not understand that you do not insult a lady, especially not in public right there in the front of the store. A lady who would ask you if the $50 bill she just found right next to you both was yours. Upright and honest in all she does.

I understand that suspected theft has to be addressed. In a proper way I do. I understand a manager has their plate full. Is there no assistant manager to help them fulfill their duties. I suspect there is. I have never been dealt with over any issue in a retail store in my entire 58 years and my only recourse is to refuse to give them any monies I have control of. I went here recently to find some items I need for a project in the garage and a few other things. I was having difficulty finding some pegboard and I asked for some assistance in locating it and the employee fumbled and really couldn't tell me where it was located other then it was in lumber. I searched high and low and never found it and there was no one else I could find in that department to help me look for it. My son was getting impatient so we left the store without what I needed.
