Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leander

Came in to order June 22 6:18 pm The lady at the counter couldn’t complete our order due to multiple reasons and troubles on pizza huts end , no mushrooms and told us they had no wings. Another women stated they had wings still no mushrooms. It took all of 28 minutes for them to speak on these items missing or not missing. The First Lady at the register had to walk back and forth 6 times to even try to complete one of my orders just for them to state there’s no mushrooms I then came out to my vehicle to wait for the order to be completed and got told they had no wings. It seems to me no one knew how to correctly use the register in a proper manner or let us know specifically if they had certain items available. A personal pizza with wings was in my menu for tonight as for a medium one topping as well and on the menu board of Pizza Hut my pizza was going to be 16. And some change while another pizza the same but only change was cheese pull bites was only 13.99 … we order other things in replacement of the missing items and terrible service but mostly didn’t sit right with me even being that.

I’d reconsider when choosing online or in person to choose this Pizza Hut as they seem to have low rated reviews on quality of food and service. May could have been the team they had for the weekend or just in general but this wasn’t an experience I’d like...

I've eaten at PH for about 50 years and always thought it was pretty good pizza, probably top five in the fast food type pizza restaurants. I have been to this one twice now. The first time I would say the pizza was probably one of the worst pizza's I've ever had. Called and told them, and they told me to come in again some time and they would comp. me one. A couple months later I returned and tried to show them pictures I took when I got there of the disaster pizza, (it actually looked as if they forgot to put cheese on it), and they didn't even seem to be interested in looking at them. They made me another pizza and as I picked it up, the manager opened the lid to show me the pizza and it looked much better than the first. Still, when I began eating it, something just didn't taste right. I don't know if they have changed their recipe over the years but it was just not what I would call a good pizza. So after giving that branch two shots I don't believe I will be returning there any time soon. I have not written PH off entirely, but if I do return, it will be at a different location, and if that doesn't pan out, then I guess I will have to frequent one of the many other pizza establishments. I never thought I would dread having to order my favorite pizza at the only Pizza Hut in my own town. I order the same thing every time and have the same problem almost every time. I ask for extra cheese which should be a topping already since it is on a pizza with a free topping. Instead I have to pay two extra dollars (which is fine) to get it. When I get my pizza there is hardly any cheese on it. So little cheese that I can see the bread through it. So like I always do, I have to send it back to have it remade. Except this time the manager wanted to argue with me about his "specs" they have. I'm sorry but if I have to pay two extra dollars for extra cheese then I sure better get extra cheese. The manager sat out in the rain arguing with me raising his voice over something he was wrong about. If I'm paying extra money for extra cheese, then I expect I should get extra cheese and what I pay for. I do not recommend anyone who likes Pizza Hut to go here.
