I pulled up to the drive thru tonight to get 1 crispy taco and before I can even say hi to the employee working the driveway, she said Howdy, just to let you know there’s over an hour wait. I have orders for 9:06, 9:08, and 9:09”. I was perplexed because the clock in my car said 7:47 and I now had 2 cars behind me. I proceeded to say, well I guess I’m stuck here because I can’t leave now due to the way the drive thru lanes are made and the fact that I partially didn’t believe her. Over an hour wait makes no sense regardless of what I assume are online orders. She then told me, don’t worry in a little bit, you’ll be able to pull up and a way out will open up for you. Sure enough, once I pulled up to the second window I was able to leave. She told the car behind me the same story however, not the next car to pull up afterwards. Weird but thought people should know there’s some unknown force creating over 60 min back ups in the restaurant. Maybe they’re short staffed? But the drive they line in front of me seemed to be moving pretty quickly and the entire thing seemed off. I ended up going to McDonald’s for a kids meal but the experience left me scratching my head. Even though I felt like I was going to be stuck there for over an hour, I told her I might as well wait and yet she still Encouraged me and the car behind me to leave. I could hear the drive thru operator tell them the same… “wait a few moments until you can pull up and you’ll be able to get out of the line”. ****edit*** it’s now 8:10, I’ve finished my nuggets from McDonald’s and there’s no one in the drive thru except 3 cars. Based on previous reviews, it appears to me that the staff is worried about metrics and speed so the pressure being put on them has forced them to turn people away from the drive thru in order to keep their numbers up. Sad. The owner should probably know what’s going on because ultimately they’re losing revenue due to this.

The lobby door was open. I walked in. Nobody talked to me for a few minutes. When I finally asked if I should just go through the drive through, someone told me the lobby was “closed” (walked right in and bells rang) and made me sit through a 29m drive through. I’m still here. I had so much extra time to write a review by sitting here and waiting for food that obviously I had no business ordering ahead of time. I feel like they could have handed it to me. But no. Made me go through a 12am TB drive through w all the other drunks who didn’t order ahead to wait for food I ordered. That I walked inside to retrieve and was somehow told no. Sitting in a drive thru line long enough to write a bad review - lock the door or force people to choose drive thru pickup because this was a misleading and bad experience. I’m still sitting here behind one car. I’ve been waiting and they haven’t even asked the car to move after 10m. Huge line behind me now while I wait for what’s probably cold food. Edit: Got most things I ordered other than the cinnamon sticks and they were dearly missed but I’d never put myself through that torture again

This location is as bad as the one on Hero Way. Went here at lunch time around 1pm and ordered two regular tacos, they were cold and shells were stale. I asked for extra hot sauce and Van only gave me two or three packets, she shut the drive through window and I waited until she came back, I asked for more and she gives me 2 more and I like can I have a few more and she rolled eyes and her attitude popped! No hello, no thank you and no good bye! If these people don’t like their jobs go find something that you are happy doing! It was a waste of $4 dollars. The owner needs to hire better managers and then better employees! One taco only had cheese and the other barely any meat! Pathetic! Do better for your customers.

It’s been a whole ordeal i first waited in line no one answered the board for 10 minutes so I drove to the front to see if food was being handed out and couldn’t tell so I got back in line and noticed the car in front of me had left so I got out of line again and could see that they were taking orders so I reversed in the second lane and was told to move I politely said I’m in no one’s way and I’m just waiting on a Uber order they sent someone else to the window and she was nice and seemed to want to help but then another girl came out and said I need to move I’m sorry I get y’all are slammed and busy but honestly I’m hurting no one being in this lane so I’m just going to sit here and wait for my order she responded and said then you just won’t get your order. I had to walk to the window to get them to acknowledge me and given their rude behavior I decided to start recording with my phone facing the ground they refused to say their names when I asked politely for them. they tried to pass one girl off as the manager but she caved and said she wasn’t the manager but that she would get the manager . Manager seemed reasonable and helpful at first but when he brought my order out he said he can’t have me yelling at his employees and I told him point blank that I was friendly didn’t raise my voice and that I have all the evidence on camera he said well I only know what they told me and I politely said well I’m the customer instead of accusing me maybe next time try asking I told him my intent to bring the video to the general manager and he told me I am now not allowed on the lot and he will have me arrested and by doing so he took my voice away as a consumer he asked me for my name I of course refused to give it to him he then started taking pictures of my license plate without any reason what so ever and told me the gm will side with the employees over the customer. I had pretended to record the managers actions but unfortunately I don’t have any proof of how he behaved but I do have a witness. Everyone in line told me I was handling everything so well one woman even said you go girl. All I did was stand my ground in a respectful manner Taco Bell you make me sad and I will 100% in person make my complaint and share the video with the gm and if they arrest me for standing up for myself well it...

I don't normally write reviews but... when you mess up an entire order.. I had not had Taco Bell in a while and rarely order fast food but I had a long day. First, I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco. The taco shell seemed to have broken when the person was preparing it so they just slapped another taco shell over it. So I had this taco with double taco shell on one side. I could have been okay with that but the taco shells were stale. I tried to break off a layer and it bent before it snapped.. Very disappointing. I ordered a few things from the cravings menu. I decided to get the loaded beef nachos with extra cheese. Right away I see chips and a little cheese. I didn't even see meat. The avocado and sour creme were there.. I dug through and found more cheese at the bottom and about a teaspoon of meat in the top left corner with some sauce.. Ate what I could and still ended up throwing away a bunch of dry chips. I also ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos. I have ordered these in Cedar Park and they are really good. I noticed they looked pretty big and thought maybe I at least got the hookup on them. I was wrong. They were full of refried beans and I saw very little rice. They were also wrapped weird, not like a burrito. I had to tear off layers of tortilla. I got halfway through them before there was any cheese. Very disappointed. I paid for this and it was...
