When a mobile order is placed and it's not busy at all. When we arrive the order should be ready. Having to pull up to the door past the drive thru waiting defeat the purpose of advance ordering.
12/6/24 This location continues to hit or miss. My recent few times I ordered asking for no mayo. Today, Received friendly customer service. I told Kacy no mayo. She repeated my preference. I was not given my Total until at the window. Not able to check the accuracy on the ordering screen. Received my order admittedly leaving. When I checked my order saw the mayo. I do not like mayonnaise. Making me unable to eat the burgers. Checked my receipt she did not input no mayo. I did not have time to drive back. Waste of my money.
8/19/24 Came via drive thru at 4:30pm. The young lady at the window took a long time with my card. She then apologized while handing me my card, saying it takes time. Which did not seem right. I visited Wendys weekly. It never takes long to run my card. I checked my card transactions. My card was charged twice back to back. I had to return to see about a refund. I went inside, waiting for the refund. Causing me to be late getting to shift. A quick run turned into 30 minutes. The one that charged me for my transaction and someone else's. Did not even bother to apologize with her attitude. While I was standing there waiting. The manager took my card, gave me a refund, and apologized. Last time i ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich. They gave me a grilled sandwhich. It felt slimy. I went back in line, patiently making sure everyone that i was very last so everyone had a chance to get food. When i told them they got my order wrong they asked for my sandwhich back... what are they going to do with it?? Are you assuming I'm lying?? I had already put it in the trash can i keep in the car. I told them I had bitten it, and she still insisted to have it... As an "apology" they gave me a TINY-TINY 2oz cup(?) of frosty. If it's going to be that small, you might as well not give it to me. It's not very sincere...
This time, we ordered the Dave burger (with 3 patties), and i had ordered the Southwestern Avacodo Homestyle burger. They gave us: 3 cheese burger, and a waaaay overcooked chicken burger with no avacodos... They gave us a potato...? But i don't know why... it didn't have cheese, bacon, etc. Just cut down the middle in a quick sloppy way. Did they give us someone else's food that they forgot?? Or was it a lame "apology potato"... a potato, really??
The girls at the window are patient and apologetic. But whoever is putting the burgers together is NOT paying attention! We are not...
Read moreUPDATE: I wish that I could review just Wendy's as a corporation overall, but since I can't... I got a spicy chicken meal today. This used to be my go to meal at Wendy's. The chicken was, literally, at least half the size that it used to be. It was smaller than the tiny bun. I didn't complain when they stopped using the sesame seed buns and romaine lettuce, even though I liked those much more, but this is just getting ridiculous. That meal costs more than twice what it used to. I understand that prices go up because of inflation, but the quality shouldn't go down if they're raising the prices like this. That meal was no where near worth the $11 something that I paid.
I only have the second star because the employees there are still wonderful. If I can review the corporation and not this specific Wendy's, I would love to know how/where. I'd change the review to give stars again and give the corporation one star.
