Arby's — Restaurant in Lebanon

This was the worst trip ever to this Arby's! I pulled up to speaker and was never greeted. After a few minutes I said "Hello?" And got no answer. I sat there a couple more minutes and cars were lining up behind me so I then asked if there speaker was broke or something and still no response at all so I finally pulled away and waited in line behind the 2 cars in front because you can't go around them or anything. So I finally get to the window and the lady gives me a balance and I explained to her that I thought the speaker was broke because I never heard anything and she tells me well, sorry but you will have to now come in and order or go back around and wait in line again. I decided to go back around and try again since it was partly my fault I didn't wait longer I suppose. Well I finally get back to the speaker and go to order and they were out of fish, which is what we were wanting, so after all that, I decided I was not supposed to eat there so I done a u turn(so I didn't get stuck in drive thru line again) and pulled out of their drive thru and called in an order to Penn Station! At least it was amazing as always! Unfortunately I seem to have bad luck at...

We normally don't have issues with Arby's but today was a nightmare. Before we had finished ordering the worker pushed our order through making us drive around and finish it through the window, come to find out it wasn't even the order we had originally said, not even close. She was rushing so quickly and not paying attention that she repeatedly input our order incorrectly. The sweet tea was so watered down it may as well have been water. Our food was ice cold when we got home (only a five minute drive) and you could see none of the cheese had been heated or melted. We had to cook the mozzarella sticks when we got home since the cheese was completelt solid and cold. Fries were just as cold and half raw. My burger had so much sauce on it it fell apart and spilled all over. The manager apologized for the repeated issues when I had to go inside to get the rest of our order that hadn't been put in the bag with the manager telling us she had told the woman to wait... that woman working the window should be fired. We have never been so frustrated with service, food, or outcome from Arby's and it will make us rethink...

I'll be honest I've worked at this location and I've never been so disappointed. Me and my girlfriend are there 2 days ago and we got the usuall .5 pound French dip a d she got the tender meal. After getting 5he food which wasnt a really long time I'd say 5 minutes as most. But when we sat down we realized it seemed off. It didnt taste as good as usuall. Not to mention it was uncomfortable for my girlfriend because there sandwich maker whom of which I think is a little punk. Kept coming I to the dining room and staring us down. If o where the MOD I'd have him fired because it was crazy uncomfortable. Anyways we just went to the doctor today after having dihariah and they said if they would say what it was they said they would almost guarantee that we got some kind of food born illness from the arbys in lebanon ohio. Please people be cautious and inspect your food heavily before...
