Update: Slow Service through the drive thru. Delicious Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches. Update: Better Service this time and Delicious food. Order was initially wrong, but the Manager fixed it. Update: We went through the drive thru & were told that they couldn't take our order for over 5 minutes, so we sat at the order box. I think he was hoping we'd just leave. Finally, he took our order & pulled forward to continue to wait, after paying. He had us pull forward from the window where we waited over 10 minutes. The Dr. Pepper had no carbonation, so he replaced it while giving another person their order. Then, Wrong fries, Missing Sandwich, & he told me that he couldn't take the BAD drink back! So, then I had to get out of the car to go inside and throw it away! Unbelievable! Horrible Service, WRONG ITEMS, & WAITED OVER 15 minutes for a Normal Order that was WRONG! Service is Non-Existent! I got a Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Meal with Straight Fries and Philly Cheesesteak Meal. Both meals were OK. The Steakhouse wasn't close to as good as it looks in the picture. Make sure you get everything before you leave because they forgot my fries & the sauce for my sandwich. Check your order! Decent food...

May have picked a bad night. They were out of the country style rib that I came for. However, I waited for over 5 minutes to get waited on with no one in front of me. There were several employees who looked at me but seemed too busy to wait on a customer. But the absolute worst part was getting ketchup for my fries. It was easy enough to find in a packet holder, but each one seemed as if it was dug out of the trash. They were sticky and clumped together. You felt like you needed a shower after trying to get a couple of packets. I asked if they had other ketchup. I was told yes and given more from behind the counter that was just as sticky. Truly disgusting.

They either did not clean it the day before, or it had been a while since it had been cleaned. It looked like something slimy was growing in there.

We only eat at this location once every 18-36 months, due to the poor quality of service, orders almost never being accurate, and mediocre food results. But we needed a break in our normal fast food routine. This was my first time using the online app to place an order, which in and of itself was easy and flowed well. I got an offer immediately for buy one get one free beef and cheddars. I decided to utilize this and customized my paid sandwich with added bacon, natural cheddar slice, and onions. I also ordered a classic roast beef combo with added Swiss cheese for my wife. I noticed before all my info was fully imputed in my new account that the pick up defaults to drive thru pick up. Once I had all my info updated, I neglected to to indicate in my order that I wanted to come inside to pick up. Again, this was my first time using the online app to order and pick up. Upon arrival (it took less than 5 minutes for me to arrive), I awaited the customer in front of me to complete their order. The staff member on duty at the register did little more than make eye contact with me to acknowledge me, or that she was ready to help me. When I told her that I had an online order to pick up, she simply looked in the direction of the pick up shelf, then looked back at me. It felt very demeaning. I’ll admit my ignorance of the location of the pick up shelf, however, last time I actually went inside to order, the shelf did not exist. I made a point to say, “This was my first time doing online, and I accidentally set it up for drive thru pick up.” The young lady that was running the fryer and trying to help get drive thru orders out was nice enough to verbally acknowledge me and tell me that it was no problem. I grabbed my food and left without checking the bag, mostly due to feeling like I was made out to be an idiot. And once I got home, that feeling increased. My Wife’s classic with Swiss combo was there, but only one of my Beef and cheddar sandwiches was there. Both sandwiches were cold, and the sandwich that was there only had onions added, but no extra cheese slice or bacon. I called the store, and was told that I could come get my sandwich, or get a credit. I opted to come get the sandwich, since it would probably be another 3 years before I chanced this disappointment AGAIN. Upon my arrival, this sandwich also failed to have the add ons, however the register girl figured it out before it was in my hands, and instructed the fry cook girl to make the additions. This is where it gets even weirder. A third employee, a young man, was assisting the girl at the register with another customer by handing her her cup and receipt for her purchase. However this young man was not paying attention to her, and was rambling on about how the Chiefs suck and how they’re going down this year. He rambled on about how the Patriots are going to spank them this year, even though they’ve had a rough couple years. The other customer and I made eye contact, and we both made a face about the awkwardness of what was going on. The young man continued to banter on, and that was when I noticed his eyes. To say that his glassed over, extremely red eyes were HALF-open would be an over statement. He was obviously inebriated by what I assume was copious amounts of marijuana. I did ask him, “Are you alright?” His reply was, “Yeeeaah… and we’re coming to getchyu… you and your Chiefs.” It was obvious that his co-workers were also uncomfortable in that moment, and the customer that he handed the cup to approached me as I was headed out and said, “That was pretty awkward.” It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that I had a Chiefs T-shirt on that I wore under my own uniform shirt earlier today, but that shouldn’t have taken away from the service of the other customer, especially since I was not engaging him for service, nor should he engaged me in the manner in which he did. Honestly, it felt pretty creepy before I realized the shirt I had on, and actually put me on the defensive. Probably our last visit to...

I normally LOVE Arby's. However, we decided to Stop in here for a quick lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and was highly disappointed! First off, the trash can outside was not only full but overflowing. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the trash situation inside wasn't any more acceptable. Secondly, while ordering, the counter was sticky. Also, the soda and condiment counter was really in need of attention. No napkins in the holders. Soda spilt all over and trash laying on the counter. There was ketchup and other sauces splattered all over. Third, The person behind the register acted really off and odd, like they wasn't sure what I was trying to order, which was pretty simple. Even though they finally completed my order correctly, they messed up my granddaughter and son's order in quite a few ways. One was missing cheese the other was missing most of the meat. He said it was really fatty. Finally, upon leaving the restaurant, disappointed, I noticed, nothing had really changed. The entire time we were in there the staff had done nothing to change the trash situation or to wipe off counters and tables. I would've understood had they been somewhat busy but they were not. I understand they could've been having an off day. However, I won't be stopping in here again anytime...
