It was our first time visiting this location and even though they have recently just opened and I understand there’s a learning curve. I worked in restaurants for 8 years and our experience in my opinion should have received a visit from a manager. But no one came. First off I called an hour and half a head of time over 5 times, no one answered the phone so I went in early and the hostess said they do take call aheads and apologized that no one answered. Expect a long wait. Our group sat and we realized they offer bread and butter so I asked our server and she brought it out. A few minutes later one of our friends was loading some butter on her bread and noticed something in the butter. Come to find out it was a piece or red plastic broken off of some device mixed in the butter. (It was definitely big enough she could have chocked) the server was at our table and was completely terrified, apologizing. She took the plastic showed the manager and we thought for sure she would come by the table. We all made some jokes to each other but jokes aside still gross especially because we don’t know if that piece of plastic was clean or where it was from. We all ordered our meal and one of our friends got the wrong order. She ordered fish and chips but she received the catfish. She tried it and the batter was completely gooey falling off the catfish. Was not tasty or edible looking. The server reacted immediately and they brought the correct order. Aside from all of that, we had a decent time, the food portions are big. The fries are delicious. Also the bartenders were great! Even though they didn’t have a full menu they were willing to make anything we wanted. So the only reason I give a lower star on service was because the manager never came up and at the end of the night all 6 of us were very surprised we didn’t get a visit or an...
Read moreOutstanding experience! When we pulled in, there was no parking, and the parking lot is very large. We were worried that we were going to have a very long wait. I went inside to put out name on the list so my husband could park the car. We waited about seven minutes which was a complete shock. So if you come in and the parking lot is full, do not be discouraged. The inside is absolutely gorgeous. It is a huge restaurant with a separate bar area enclosed in glass walls. There is high top, low top, booth, and outside seating. The kitchen area is an open concept. They have specials every night, and tonight they had prime rib on the menu. I saw on the waitlist that they had called ahead names, so I guess you can call and tell them you’re on your way and put your name on the list. The food was outstanding. I had the chicken tenders with squash casserole and cinnamon apples. Absolutely delicious, and it was a massive amount of hand breaded chicken. The ranch and honey mustard were also delicious, and you can tell that they make their sauces in house. My husband had the fried fish with macaroni. I’m usually pretty iffy about macaroni because everybody does it differently, but the macaroni was very good. The sweet tea was also yummy for those Southerners who need sweet in their tea! Sydney was our server and she was exceptional! She was so sweet and knowledgeable, and we will ask for her the...
Read moreFor our first visit, we took a chance on trying Aubrey's on a Sunday around 1:00pm. The parking lot was filled to capacity, but approaching the front entrance we noticed there were only about four groups of people waiting to be seated. The restaurant is huge! After visiting the hostess and expecting a lengthy wait for a table, we were immediately seated. The restaurant was large with tons of seating. It has a contemporary, big city, restaurant feel, unlike anything currently in Lebanon. It was clean and well-staffed. And while it was very busy, no staff members seemed rushed, under pressure, or overwhelmed. We were greeted immediately by our server who provided friendly, welcoming, and effective service for the entire meal. The menu has a vast selection of American comfort food favorites. We chose the baked potato soup and a house salad along with fish and chips and a side of coleslaw. The portions were very abundant leaving us well satiated before even half finished. The meals and ingredients were high quality, fresh and delicious. The meal total was $36 for two people. I can't wait to visit again and look forward to trying many of the other dishes. I can not recommend this experience enough and encourage everyone to give them a visit. Welcome to Lebanon, Aubrey's, we're glad...
