The staff are always friendly willing to go out there way great rember thier regular customers names most of my purchases have it ready at the counter when don't have spend lot time in the store !The staff also willing help.you find product if your looking for certain items clean restrooms and clean of thier store and they seem to take pride of thier store The are reasons I picked Casey for my store particular store not just this Casey is my choice of stores Thank you Casey and I love the Casey rewards points system lot better than most other reward points places I am part of The change is much better than the break time store approx another 1 tenth of mile Casey and store I do my shopping at is number 1 in cleaned number 1 in curbside assistance number 1 in the hot food section and number 1 in friendly staff so yes casey has great food reasonable prices I feel cash store on north jefferson should receive the awards in many catagories as I mentioned above...

I wouldn't order anything from here until they figure out how to manage the store better. Their customer service is below minimal expectations. I was quoted 20 minutes for a pizza, and after my time was up I called to check that's when I was met with rudeness. For some reason my order did not go through on their end. I told them I'd be happy to go to the store and show them my confirmation email, so my pizza could get started. They proceeded to call me a liar and argue over who was going to handle the call. I do not mind waiting on a pizza to be made especially when it's game day and there's only one pizza maker. I didn't even expect an apology at this point. I just wanted my pizza. I waited another 20 in the store before being handed my pizza. Also the pizza maker had her hair down and no hair net.....sure hope there's no hair...

Went in this morning after dropping my daughter off with the babysitter before work to get donuts, a fountain drink and needed some creamer for some coffee and the cashier (Beth) was very hatful snatched the creamers off of the donut box told me that I’m not getting coffee creamers. I told her I would even buy them and she told me that I was not going to be getting them and was very hateful. The manager then stepped over and her attitude changed Dramatically, I told the manager(Brandon ) how hatful she was being And he brushed it under the rug. I would understand if I was not a paying customer to deny creamers, but I am a paying customer went in for a dozen donuts a fountain, drink, and creamers. I will not be returning to this...
